We went to the Maldives, and it is the most breathtaking place you will ever see! You can walk out for miles in the sea, as the waters can be very shallow, and the fish are amazing. Excellent for scuba diving, whale sharks, reef sharks, clown fish, sting rays etc...
It is very tranquil and relaxing, we conceived our first child while there!
All the islands are different, do some research if you choose to go, and check the best season to go, you would not want it to be spoiled by storms.
When you come in to land at the airport the views are amazing! and travel to your destination island is either by speedboat, or sea-plane. The people are always friendly, and the food is good!
We will go back most definitely, but we will have to persuade the grandparents to have the kids for two weeks first!!
You can usually go on 'island hopping' trips too, so there is chance to see other local islands. Breathtaking.
It is most definitely a chance to relax, and take a complete rest from the hectic day to day lifestyle. Not recommended if you like an action - packed vacation.

did not have a honeymoon and we dont go anywhere. we own two adult care homes and keeps us pretty busy. no time for that kind of thing.

We went to Myrtle Beach SC and have since been back once for a week.

Orlando, Fl..We did Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World..had so much fun :)

we had a very simple honeymoon. we went to bozeman, montana to the museum of the rockies and then the movies. i absolutely loved it.

Atlantic City and yes, but it sucks compared to Vegas.

Hawaii - haven't been back but it was amazing. We loved it and will go again.
