Call the police!!!! Get them over to your house to see your son the bruises and make a full report on it....Get a police report paper trail going as fast as you can!!! Also ask the police for a social services agency you cn get in touch with as soon as possible so the kids can report directly to them about the beatings and your daughters witness to the beatings...Also NEVER ever let you children near this man again..Go to a lawyer and make sure your husband can NEVER ever be with the kids unless he is supervised!!! GET moving!!!! Do not ever leave your kids alone with this man again!!!!

take your son and daughter to the police station immediately. ask the police officer to what extent the law allows for physical punishment on a child from a parent. don't make an accusation. what you want is the police officer to question your son and daughter directly without you making the suggestion. this way, you didn't report it, your children did. A report will be taken, if there are bruises, pictures will be taken. Social Services will be called. they will want to talk to you, their father and to each of the children seperately. make sure you get the name and number of everyone you talked to. get a copy of the police report. get the social worker's name and ask that she send a copy of her report to you when the investigation is over. request that he take parenting classes and anger management classes. take all the information, put it in writing and take it with you to the next hearing. request supervised visitation.

I wouldn't mess around with that, if it happened recently, then call the police. Make a report on it. They will want to talk to both of your children to find out what happened. Even if there is no visible marks now, still call. A police report if the best thing for you to have when you go into court, and take your kids to court with you. They are old enough to express their wishes to the judge on who they want to live with, and I am sure the judge will want to hear from them what your ex did to your son. Your ex will probably get only supervised visits, be made to go to parenting classes and anger management classes. And it sounds like he needs them.

You need to call the police, immediately. Your kids do not deserve to be mistreated in any way. Do everything you can to protect them. Call the police, then also consult with an attorney. Whatever you do, do NOT allow him to take your children again. Next time, it could be worse..

I would be contacting your local police department and making a police report. After that is completed then I'd be contacting your lawyer and advising him/her of your situation.

if your afraid of losing your children then get a restraining order against him or tell him to stay away from your kids or move and not tell him where you are. protect your children at all costs.
