Don't worry about you'll get divorce by default as long as your attorney takes the proper steps. Like filing the papers in the correct county, placing the notice of suit for divorce in the correct local paper. You get it by default unless she response to the ad.

If you can't find her, some states allow you to run a public notice for x amount of days and if she doesn't respond than you can carry on the divorce without her.

I stay in the united statesa.so i'm not responsive to the guidelines over there. yet right here you should take all originals and copies to the court docket clerk and that they overview them and stamp them and you should deliver out the only with the court docket stamp to the different party. ur attorney and or a judge can make sure she gts teh d papers even if shes hiding from u she will be found, she can run but she cant hide.

i think in some state, if u want to divorce, it doesnt need to have her presence, nor her signature
