Forget it. You need to move on. Right now you are just his nightmare, and you should be yourself. Of course you should use a lawyer and have the agreement be that the house is sold and you split the proceeds - no arrangement for him to get it at all. That's the best satisfaction you are going to get. He probably wants you to leave because it would give him a stronger position in the divorce - it makes it look like you deserted him. Get the divorce settled.

The more energy you put in to making him miserable, the longer it will take you to heal and move on with your life.
Men don't change, and he will treat another woman the way he treated you. That's the kind of guy he is. Being a total ***** will only solidify his negative image of women and encourage him to behave the way he does.
So, be a woman, pack your stuff, move on and don't look back. The best revenge is living well.

Good Lord!! How old are you ??? 12? You sound like a jilted girlfriend in jr. high. Why would you want to feed on misery and revenge?? Why are you more interested in making him pay, then with moving on and being happy alone, or with someone else?? I'll tell you, because you still love him and that is why you can't let go. Love can make you pathetic and desperate if you don't have the courage or the maturity to move on.
Please for your own sanity, grow up and let go of him.

this is the easiest question ive answered. your both vengeful and your both losing. he cant date in a rv. and what kind of guy wants to walk past your husband on your date. both of you have selected memories. guess what you said for better or for worse too. so your as responsible as he for having this failed marriage . even if he cheated. if you didnt know his charactor before you wed - shameon you for swearing to god that you knew him. but now that you realize your an idiot too, get smart and be the first to carry on. he may be a jerk but you choose a jerk. that makes you a guess what. if your no longer a fool prove it. or prove your petty and simpleminded. personally id get an attorny before i leave to make the departure legal so i would at least get my half. i think its cool of him to let you stay in the house . id be thanking him for at least doing that. now why dont you grow up and do something brave instead of vengeful. stop acting like an immature brat too. i know that sounds hard but hey you are a tough lady and need tough advice. personally i beleive you can do this - if you got the guts.

Well do not try to get even, nothing good comes from it.
Next
Do not leave your house, no matter what, he can say you left the marriage.
Last
work it all out in court.
I repeat
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE

And I suppose you've done nothing? I don't really know to be honest, but everyone has a reason for everything they do.
