we married at an early age,i was 18 then,everything was so perfect..until i caught him cheating on me thru his cell,i forgive him..but nothing change..we are 3 years living together..and it seems that hes also cheating in me for 3 years,these past days,i found a number on his cp named after a man but i read the txt messg.like txt me when your at work,,bla..bla..i love you..and the number is even calling him when im not home(coz im working 2) or he is at work..he said he loves me and our daughter..but it can get out of my head...and i know its really bad to think bad things when your preggy(im 3 months pregnant)should i forgive him for the sake of our marriage and the kids?is he really cheating on me?

I finally had to be kind of cold and tell him that I will never love him "like that" again or have any emotional connection to him ever again because of all the pain he's caused me. I told him that if I emotionally disconnect myself from him, then he'll never be able to hurt me again. At first he seemed devestated when I said that, then after sleeping on it, he seems very angry with me. But what am I supposed to do. I dont want him anymore. I have tried to make it clear nicely, and he is in full agreement with the divorce, but his mixed messages confuse me and piss me off and i feel like he's playing head games with me. He cries, but never asks for a reconciliation, looks at me like a man would look at his bride at the alter, asks me out to dinner, etc. This marriage is over, we both know that, but its not me living in a fantasy, its him and I hated being cold, but I felt it was for the best. How do I deal with this?

My ex and I have joint custody. Currently I live out of state but do drive in twice a month to visit our child for the weekends. We do have a visitation order allowing me to spend time with our child. Recently our child has been acting up at my ex’s house and my ex has told me that our child will not be allowed to go with me this weekend because of the behavior our child is showing. I certainly disagree with this form of punishment. Wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions as to what I should or could do about my ex withholding our child from me? Also there have been many frustrations and feel maybe I should go to court and gain full custody but afraid of the mind games my ex plays…how does one handle this kind of crazy thinking and actions? My ex’s spouse of two months is parenting our child in a way I also disagree with. My child is 13 and has expressed (a lot) wanting to come with me. I’m trying my best to keep things calm however I am getting very frustrated with the lack of proper parenting and the dangling the two of them do with my child and I…like now I cannot spend this weekend with my child because they feel its best. Please let me know some suggestions on this.

my husband and i are having financial problems, we own 2 propertys and both are morgaged, 2 vehicles that we owe on and we have a few small monthly bills, i am out of work due to a work related injury and my husband gets his pension and ss and my daughter and i draw ss on him! its not that we can not make our bills its just that money is tight, nothing to play with. we have both propertys up for sale, but it seems no one is buying!! he has been very distant from me for about 2 months now, but for the past week we have only touched eachother 2 times, no hugs no kisses!! when we spoke about it today, he asked me what my problem was so i told him i wanted a little bit of attention, well his response was if i give you attention, we will end up living in a cardboard box under a bridge!! i don't understand how him giving me some attention is going to cause that, but that is honestly what he told me!!! i even asked him, is it worth loosing me over, he said nothing! what can i do?

My husband and I are getting divorced and we want to sell our wedding sets. I remember occasionally seeing adds in the newspaper about wedding dresses or wedding rings for sale, and I would actually laugh and think to myself "do people really want used stuff like that"? Now I am in that situation, never thought I'd be here, but here I am. Just wondering if people actually buy used wedding rings?

ok. so I know getting hit by your spouse is not right. its happend to me a few times already when we argue and the arguments get really heated up. after the argument is over he's sorry about it. I dont believe it. I dont know what to do. we have children together. its happend in front of them too. I just need some advice from someone. again, I know this should not be happening but i dont know what else to do. I dont want this hitting to keep on happening speacialy infront of our toddlers.

I am 2 months pregnant. i am having nausea most of the time. I stay at home right now. my husband works in manhatten, he commutes by train each way 45 mins. I always ask him to take for a walk and he always finds some reason to say no.. now i badly need some exercise and fresh air, i asked him today in the evening after he came back from work..he said he is tired, so i said then i will go alone no problem.. i dint even expect that he would say yes and let me walk alone in the dark..i walked alone in the dark for 25 mins.. i felt too bad that he cudnt take his pregnant wife jus for a walk !! what kind of a husband he should be !!?? i m very upset, i feel like leaving him and go :(

My husband has been cheating on me for the past 7yrs. He told me about it only when she dumped him. Now he says that he is not happy with me but does not let me go. He does not want the perfect husband image tarnished. He just wants to keep me as he does not want to become bad in front of his family and mine and also the kids. He is a different man in front of others but when he is alone with me he is mean. He just wants me to cook clean and take care of the kids. He provides me well .But i am lonely all the time he is very very mean to me. does not care for my feelings at all. He is travelling on business all the time,when he is at home he spends all his time with the kids. He is very good to them.
If i go away it will be very difficult for the kids. now that i know that his mistress dumped him will it be a good idea to leave
But I don't think he will be any better towards me

Lately he doesn't want to talk about work when he gets home. he just says....I want to leave work at work! So I never hear how his day is or whats going on with him. He has never been very talkitive, but used to talk about his day with me. Now all I know is what I see while he's home. I am a stay at home mommy of 2 under 2!!! I'm just curious are there any signs I should be looking for that he is hiding something?? Or maybe he just doesn't like to talk about his day? Thanks!

We had an agreement that he will give me the money for our daughter's Christmas things. I asked her what she wanted and she told me a lot of things including a bike, and a kitchen set, and I added it all up and it came to approx. $800 and he refuses to pay! he said that's too much money but I don't think so. I mean I always got a lot for Christmas when I was a child so why shouldn't my daughter? What is his problem, doesn't he want his daughter to be happy? She really wants these things!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Someone from my past has came back into my life recently (last I knew he was married). He says that he's getting a divorce and that he will show me the papers. He says he wants to be w/ me but I am not going to jump into a relationship unless I know for a fact he has filed or is divorced. Here the thing he lives in New Mexico and I live in California. We talk through messenger and the phone. Also my Uncle called him and he told my Uncle he was indeed getting a divorce. How can I look up weather or not he has filed for divore w/out costing me?

Okay here's the situation. I was really stressed by just having a baby, working, and going to school. So my friends asked me to go out with them to a club just to rid my mind of all my problems. I told my husband that I was just gonna be at a friends house having a couple of drinks. When the club was letting out I ran smack right into my husband in the parking lot. He was there with his friends too. He's upset with me and met another girl in the club who i later found out that he cheated on me with the very next day. What should I do about this? I dont think that was I did was so wrong when He showed up at the club too. But he got so mad that he ignored me for 2 days straight and cheated on me with a grl he just met that night.

My husband and I have a 19 month old daughter (I am 4.5 months pregnant with our son). We are suppose to alternate who gives our daughter a bath. We both work full-time and it allows a break.
Well everytime it is his turn to give her a bath he calls me names (witch, devil, *****, etc.) and starts to degrade me as a mother.
I realize that he is tired and that is the whole reason that we take turns.
People don't change do they. They just get worst.
My question is what is wrong with him? What should I do? HAVE you been in a similar situation?

I'm more of a homebody, and am perfectly content hanging out at home doing projects and home improvements. I'm scared I'm not going to meet any guys this way, but I'm comfortable the way I am. Are guys even attracted to my kind of woman? I'm just past the whole "club" thing and don't know how else to meet people if I don't go out, but I'm not happy doing that? Does this make sense?

I am 19 and I am a warrior for life. Many people try to act tough and say all that blah blah blah, but then they dont live it. I live it. I dont have all those emotions that make people weak. I have no love for anyone other then myself. I can garuntee you I will never fall in love and fall in line like every one else. I am a fighter not a lover. What I want to know is why everyone wants to pose like they are tough and have no emotions and all, but they really do and are just trying to live a life style that is not there own??
