no dont call the cops on your son. DONT EVER DO THAT, unles he's a threat to u or someone else, or himself. Watch the news. a mom called the cops on her 18 yr old son for disobeying her and 5 cops shot at him 20 times shooting him 5. His funeral is tomorrow. that aint cool.
But umm...if u want, put him matress in the hallway and chnge the locks. no cops.

I was in the same situation, I had a former stepson who would lay around and get high all day while I was at work, I had to get an eviction order and give him 30 days to get out...guess what,, during those 30 days, he openly smoked his weed and pawned several items of mine and the county deputies would NOT do a damned thing...they said they couldnt arrest him without evidence he was high or could not remove him from my property untill his 30 days were up...once he was out, 6 months later, I came home from work and he had climbed in through a window, I called the cops and once again they would not make him leave because his ID card still had my address on it,, once again I had to go to court and get him evicted AGAIN,, this time I also got a tresspass notice added to the order....I feel for you...good luck with the bum.

Is he under 18? If so, you are responsible for him. If he is over 18, then call the police to have him removed. Next time he goes out, change the locks and leave his clothes on the front porch.

What is stopping you, apart from yourself, from gathering up his stuff and putting it outside and changing your locks?
It's simple: he leaves forcibly or he contributes.
Don't do this when you're the only one at home, if you have a husband, insist he toss your son out. If you dont' have a husband, find another man to support you while you're getting rid of him.

Pack his bags and put them out by the curb. Don't give him anything but your love. No food, no shelter, no money.....You are enabling him to stay the same if you give in to him.
