How come women generally advocate non-interference when the issue is adultery?
Best Answer - Chosen by Voters
I would say it depends on how well you know the person being cheated on. I wouldn't walk up to someone who was just an acquaintance and tell them that I knew their significant other was cheating on them whether they were male or female.

I really hope you're not trying to stereotype women - or any group - based on some answers to your Yahoo Answers question.

Actually the person probably already knows and is turning a blind eye to it. What then happens when you tell is you lose a friend. So just keep out of it.

Unless you have incontrovertable proof of the wrong doing, it is best to keep your mouth shut so you can still be a friend when he needs it. If you speak up without proof, it can ruin your friendship. If that happens, your friend your friend will not have you to lean on.

I really think these answers do not address the actual question.

My wife has moved out of our home, with our kids to her mothers house. She moved out because we fight too much, also we are going through financial troubles but I am back on track. I am losing our house, and planning to get an apartment close to her, while I am reestablishing my finances. We talk everyday on the phone and the dialog is good, she is going to go back to school, to get a degree, she is also going to counseling for herself, she wants to find out why she keeps making bad decisions, she helped mess up our finances. She doing all this work for herself but mentions nothing about us? I don't understand what this separation is about nor how to react because I feel like an idiot waiting, if she wanted to work things out she would be doing that right?
Help me out World!!!

how did you do it? me and my husband have been married for only three years and are on the verge of divorce! we love each other dearly, but there have been soo many fights over money and him going out with his friends all the time...everyday problems are starting to wear down our relationship! for those of you who have been married a long while, how did you do it without losing each other?

Here's the situation. You are in a relationship with a woman who loves you to pieces and you love her, too. You have been together quite a while. She has a job making a bit more than you - not crazy $$ but enough to where she can afford more than you can.

How would you feel about her taking you out, showing you a good time, paying for mini-trips, etc.? She doesn't rub it in, but just wants to spoil you and show her love. Would this be OK with you? You have a good job, too, you just don't make AS much.

The reason this came up is that I have recently accepted a job where I will be making substantially more than my long-time boyfriend. Before, it was more equal (I made about 1/hr less than him) - I would love to use my newfound cash to entertain and amuse BOTH of us in a more costly fashion, but I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable.

who you THINK may have knowingly tricked you into what may be a white collar crime...saying he didn't think it was a crime and knows you know nothing about this particular "thing?" Would this person really love you? Mind you, it can't be proven it is suspicioned.

After 24 yrs of marriage, my husband informed me he is gay and he knew it at the time of our marriage. Does this qualify as grounds for annulment?

I think he likes me too. But he's getting marred in a week.
Recently, a month and 1/2 ago my husband asked for a divorce. I pleeded with him and he decided to come home. Ever since he came home I keep thinking my pleeding was a bad idea since he has been nothing but neglectful and abusive.

My maneger and I are frequently alone all day and during down time we have a lot of time to talk, we have bonded as friends. But the last few weeks I feel like he has been flirting with me. He often talks about how he is unsure if want to marry his feance' and doesn't feel like she is right for him. She is also 6 years younger than him. So I tell him she is young and will mature.

But today, we were slow and we started talking about exes, then our current relationships. And I realized, dang. I think I like this guy. He's a nice guy. He has goals & amitions, & he treats me like a human being. We also had a moment. We were flirting and we embraced. And I felt a spark. I don't know?

I am 18 and I know my perception of marriage is distorted because of my upbringing (this is what my close friends say) I've had a tough life no doubt about that, and during all that I started not being able to relate to anyone my age..I think it's because I had to grow up sooner than I should have. I came to the realization that all I want in life is to get married and that is the only thing that will determine my happiness in my mind. I don't care about money, family, friends, career, I don't have anyone close to me family wise..I just simply don't care about anything other than being with that special someone and I just start a loving family of my own. I know this is so wrong and really unhealthy in everyone elses view. but I feel so incomplete when I don't have someone to put my focus on. How can I become happy with life even if my dream of getting married or finding that someone doesn't work out? I will feel like I have no purpouse in life without that..how can I change??

Ilive with my baby momma but we are not in love. As a matter of fact me fight all the time. The only thing we have left is a great sex life

Now I have a better job out of state and they want me to move there. I don't know what to do. Should I go and leave her and my son behind? Or get a house and try it again? Stay living where I am and come home on the weekends?

If you have some good advise plz help.

I am 14, and supposed to go with my dad every weekend. I honestly hate him, and enevr want to see him again, but the custody order says I must see him every weekend. He will not reason, or let me skip a week. I don't enjoy the time with him. All we do is fight and the times we don't fight, he ignores me, yet he still wants me to come. I wanto to know, if at 14, I'm allowed to say no, I don't want to go, and not have to. My friend is in the same situation, and she is allowed to stay home, because she is older than 13. Does the same apply for me. I live with my mother.

I've been seperated for 2 months and working on a divorce. My husband is precrastinating. I met this wonderful guy on yahoo personal's. We've been dating for 3 weeks. We've fallin in love and now he asked me to move in with him. Are we moving to fast or is there a such thing of moving to fast. Is there a such thing as to how long you need to know someone to be in love or to move in with someone after a previos relationship? Should I wait to the divorce is final. I mean there have been people that's been seperated for years and never got a divorce and live with there significant other. I have a son and he loves my son more then me. We have a great relationship and are very compatible with each other. I want to move in, but my family says I should wait and get to know him more. It's like I already live there because I'm always there. I just hate asking for advice because people tell you what is suppose to be right other then what they would really do if they were in that situation.

With a girl who cares more about her opinion being heard, when we are trying to talk business. I am starting to think of the quote: "I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinions I have no respect"

if your daughter want to marry a househusband?

Consider that she is mature in taking decisions, well settled in her career and is capable of supporting the household without any help from her househusband.

Would you agree straightaway or agree after some reluctance? Would you say no and disapprove? And how would you feel about it?

Considering that she is well off in her job and can support the family without the help of husband
