After 24 yrs of marriage, my husband informed me he is gay and he knew it at the time of our marriage. Does this qualify as grounds for annulment?

You need a divorce not an annulment, after 24 years an annulment doesn't apply.

You should contact the Clerk of the Circut Court to find if you can annul your marriage on those grounds.

I am assuming that you are Catholic and that is why you are asking about an annulment instead of a divorce. Talk to your Priest. Otherwise find a good lawyer for a divorce.

If your associated with a Church you need to talk to the pastor.. you need to do a civil divorce and then start the annulment proceedings.
