Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/yxS7o

Yes you can trust the the Bible is the inspired Word of God. But it's God you need to trust. His Word helps you know more about Him and through that you can learn how to trust Him. He is real.
He healed me February 12, 1995 from Multiple Sclerosis and raised me out of my wheelchair and I have had NO symptoms since that date NONE!
I run three miles a day 3-4 days a week. My eyesight came back, all of my feeling came back, my legs worked again like it NEVER happened.
I KNOW Him to be real and true to His Word.

Well.... you got some great answers already - especially the ones that refer to the bible being written by men with their own agendas.
However..... the one thing that I would add (and I'm not a 'christian') is that the basic principles of the bible are basic human truths ... love one another..... treat all as equals .... respect those who earn respect .... what goes around comes around..... be kind to animals ..... reject jealousy/anger/revenge .... do not covet material things .... be faithful to your partner......
But you don't really need the bible to tell you that - listen to the truth of your own heart.
There is God - but he's not a man with a white beard (or a turban come to that) - God is the love in all of us - and i include plants, animals and mother earth especially in that.

Over 25,000 manuscripts, from over 4 different languages and they all lign up. Infallible to be proven wrong. nothing even comes close. This is 100% truith!!!! That Jesus is "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS".
There is more proof that He was and is, than there is of you.
Even if I told you that John F Kenedy was shot in the heart with a bow and arrow, you would laughf. Even though you were not there to see it. you would laughf, because there were witnesses, who saw it, that he was shot with a gun. So you did not need to be there to see it.The Bible says there were more than 500 witnesses who seen him after he was killed. so all you skyeptics who dont believe, cry out to him, to have mercy on you and lay your foolishness down that He might save you. Time is verry short!

That is up to you. I myself believe in Ten Commandments. I can already hear alot of you saying the Bible is fake but, I've
died twice now due to Epileptic Seizures. I floated above myself watching the EMS workers revive me. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but, I know there is a heaven and there is a hell so anyone trying to tell me otherwise is wasting their time. Again it's completely up to you.

This is a very personal issue, and I don't think this is the right place to post it.
Many people will say no; some will say YES.
It is a good book, it has many valuable lessons and it also gives you answers to questions men have been asking themselves since the beginning of time.
BUT...As another person said, you have to be careful, since many people use it -and interpret it- for their own advantage.
I'd say seek guidance from someone who knows about it and who also is a good/decent human being.
When we die, we will all have to face God and He will judge if we were good people or not.

trust the bible to do what exactly ??
if you mean the contents to be true then without wanting to disrespect any body's religious beliefs and putting the whole 'does god exist'? question aside ,
you got to remember the bible was written by man ....a few of them too, and ones that happened to be seeking a certain amount of power , whether for good intention or not it tends contradicts its self alot too .

The bible has been translated and been through so many hands. And on top of that they were views of Jesus' followers not He himself. No two people on this planet feel the same exact way. We are all taught to trust its words and to never question but my biggest thing is: Neither God almighty nor his son actually wrote it.

I think that it probably has some truths to it but its just like when you were little and played that game telephone. things get changed and meanings get interpreted differently by everyone so i guess we will never know the full truth
