Ladies how do I deal with a girl?

With a girl who cares more about her opinion being heard, when we are trying to talk business. I am starting to think of the quote: "I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinions I have no respect"

Everybody should be heard but if it's only her, just keep in butting in to her back inti her place. And that quote, spot on. It takes two rational people to talk about business and if she can't listen to you, well, get your opinion heard by talking more loudly.

First: are you talking business with her or someone else?If it is with someone else, tell her to butt out.If this has been an on going problem,quit taking her to these meetings.If it is with her tell her to wait until you are done talking then she can voice her opinion.Just let her know that if you don't agree, then you are not going to take her advice.

Like, " I value your opinion, but please listen to what I have to say."

Well I don't see your problem, if she just wants you to hear her opinion what is wrong with that? Is she not allowed to have an opinion? I mean after all it is just an opinion. Its like asholes everybody has one! And we are all entitled to it. SO what is the real problem! sounds like you prefer the barefoot and pregnant, unable to read and write.

Well first be like this. "Look I don't want to hurt your feelings, but your really annoying. Your opinions are fine, its just that I want to be very series about this. I don't want to hear your opinions until the end." If that don't work out...ignore her.

It forces them to actually think about what they are saying.

My best guess would be to sit her down and tell her how you feel. I know that men don't like to talk about their feelings, but its something we all have to do. And if that doesnt work, then obviously it's not gonna work out.
