ok,I am going to vent a little.I have been divorced from my ex for about 3 years I am remarried to a wonderful man.Anyways,my current husband does work.I do not I stay at home with our son.Well, anyways my ex.Doesn't work, still lives with his mom,and shares a bedroom with our son.Keep in mind he is 40 years old now.Her lately I can't get him to do anything except ****.Like for instance I asked him to get my son a haircut Saturday when he got him from me.Did he do no.I asked him to take him to pick out some shoes a couple of weeks ago did he do it no.I take that back yes he did he went to dollar store and picked out a pair.My son is hard on his shoes he is 9 years old.So I had to go to Target to get him some myself.I don't mind doing stuff for my son when he is with me I do laudry.cleaning, cooking ,and yes go shopping for him.
Right now we have joint custody he has him for a week and than I do and so on so forth.Would you take him back to court? He doesn't pay child support.

He is married with someone after we stop contact each other for one year. He dated a girl for 2 months and got married. How can that happen so fast? Will they last long? I know I shouldn't think of him anymore, but after I heard that he got married, and soon will become a father, I feel so sad, and after I heard the news for months, I still think of him and miss him today. I also think about when will they get a divorce..I know this is not right, but I can't control myself from stop thinking of him... We had been together for 4 1/2 years, I really can't forget him. I found out I still love him, and I miss him so much... pls tell what can I do, and what should I do to stop thinking of him?
I even did some foolish thing: I called him, but he changed his cell number, so I emailed him once, but he replied me and told me not to bother him, cause what happened is history... I know, I am very clear about that.. but my mind is out of control...

Please help us. I had a argument with my husband and I think he is wrong, but he claims, I am at fault. Please help us by telling who is at fault and why? Please be fair

Yesterday , I was driving me new Lexus RX350 and parked in the garage. My husband told me to open the trunk door and I obliged. He picked up all the shopping bags ( his hands were full) and went inside. I went out of my car and closed the garage door , while the trunk door of my new Lexus was open. It hit the door and put a dent on it. My husband never told me that he didn’t close the door. I assumed that he had closed the door , so I did close the garage door. I confronted my husband and he told me that I should have looked because I was the one who was coming in the end and he also told me that God has given me big eyes and I should use it. I told him that at least he should have tell me that door is not close and we went in arguments whole night. My question is who is at fault me or my husband. Also, my Lexus locks itself, so I never locks it. I believe he is at fault, but he don’t want to accept, pl help us

She is saying hateful, character-slamming things that are so rude and have no basis in reality. She is using four-letter words. I told her three days ago to stop contacting me or I would file harassement charges and yet she still contacts me. She is mad at me cause I was trying to be her friend and my ex told me on Thursday to leave her alone cause he decided he was uncomfortable with how close we were getting. He has not told her apparently that he was the reason for me no longer contacting her. Now she has gone insane on me and will not leave me alone. And she's a cop!!! I am tired of getting text messages all night long and all day and I refuse to change my phone number or email address. What to do?????

I have been married for 5 yrs, together 8. My husband basically ignores all my needs. He is a car salesman and uses this as an excuse to be gone ALL the time to bars. After work I expect him home and he comes home about 5+ hrs late usually drunk and cocky. He always things he is "all that" and makes false claims of how much "money he makes'. Reminding me that "you don't make that much in a month what I make in a day!" Which isn't even true! When he is home he is on the phone for hours talking and never gives our son and I any time. He has "friends" as he calls them calling here and he talks about them and I have no idea who they even are. He goes to so many bars and meets all these people he is giving our home phone out to. We never have sex. He talks down to me constantly calls me names and basically traps me in this apartment. He spends so much money we don't have going out like a teenager. This man is 40. I am sick of it and can't stand it anymore. Does he even love or need me?

Being an OTR truck driver with my spouse, and kids on board, it's hard to find places we can get away and do the deed, without kids around. As it is, we share the bottom bunk of the truck, and the kids share the top bunk. It's great, it works for us, just like others who have families on a boat or RV. I'm out of good ideas to fool around with him. The "Girls, put your headphones on and turn it up" isn't working anymore, and my spouse and I are having trouble finding quiet time to get together. So, my question is, where or what can we do to "hide it" from our children in such closed and non-private quarters? Please remember, if you're talking outside the truck, the parking places have to be big enough to keep a big rig (18 wheeler) in. Thanks!

In my opinion, I think it is wrong. You and your mate may never get married but you will have a child for a responsibility.

I love her to death, but she is so full of anxiety and worry she beats me up inside, it's almost like abuse, but she doesn't mean it. She cries once a day...is this normal? If what comes up isn't on her agenda it seems like it's not an option. I've tried to talk to her about it, but all I get is an "I know" and "what do you want me to do about it?" She refuses to get professional help. I have tried all I can. She told me I could go back to school and now we are starting to run out of money and it's making her sweat. She is quitting her job because it is too hard on her, so that doesn't help. I love her to death and she isn't that bad, for about 30 minutes, and on weekends lol. What do you think, is there anything I can do or am I stuck for the rest of my life? And is it really normal for someone to cry more than four times a week? Thanks!

my wife left in july, as i was pressuring her to take more responsibility as a mother and wife, and she couldn't deal with it. (there was a good amount of negligence). She took our son and her daughter and i didn't hear from her for three weeks until she received the divorce papers i filed.

i decided to have the divorce action dismissed, but she felt she needed time to get herself a job and get herself together, so she moved to her father's, 60 miles from our home. then she started getting really s--tty whenever i'd try to arrange time with my son (she acted as if she OWNED him), so i filed a custody/visitation action and the next time i got him, she didn't see him again until after the hearing, about a month. (he's two)

Surprising she's acting like she's got some sense now, and we have even discussed reconciling. I moved out of our old place two mos ago, 30 miles further. She has our son...

My husband lies to me about several things, controls all money, and gives me loads of grief because we have lots of cats. He says he purposely stays away simply because of them (lame excuse). He works for himself and puts that above all else. Even though he is working so hard, since May he has paid 2 phone bills & 1 light bill. My house that my Mom gave us is now in serious jeporady of being foreclosed. I found out he was keeping crap from me again and told him that was it, I was done. Now he is coming around acting like it was just a fight and like nothing ever happened. That is his way. I sort of want to work things out, but I am tired of going through this and I can not believe a word he says. It makes it worse for him to act like nothing ever happened. I have tried at least 100 times to talk to him, and he ignores me or just says I am b_tching.
I don't know that I can handle anymore roller coaster's with him, yet I love him. So Yahooer's what do I do?????

I've been married almost 4 years and we have a child together. I never married my husband under normal circumstances meaning, dated each other, fell in love and had a wedding etc. I met him, barely knew him, was never really attracted to him, and then married him 3 months later and got pregnant a month later and have just been "putting up" with him for these years. I've wanted to divorce him many times in the past but couldnt because of my daughter and now I'm extremely attracted to this guy and I think he feels the same way about me. He goes out of his way to see me, he always finds me and the clue that gave it away was he came to my house to see my kitchen to do some comparison but left after three seconds. I'm not sure what to do.

My husband's best friend and his wife have just gone through some crazy drama!
Married for 8 yrs & have a 4 yr old girl. She cheated on him on 3 seperate occassions, with 3 seperate guys... that he knows of. This was over 3 years. He forgave her each time. She also never worked & spent all their money on random stuff to the point where they'd have $20 out of a $2200 paycheck left to last them for five days. Bills got paid but my hubby's friend told him their bills were only about half of his paychecks. They moved to a bigger city to start over. Then HE met a girl while he was going to school to make their lives better and starting seeing her, telling her that his wife and him were legally seperated when they were, infact, very much together. She found out about the other girl via cell phone records & confronted the girl who told her that they'd been sleeping together for 3 mths. She, then packed everything and moved back to their old town and reunited with her ex boyfriend. He tried

My husband swears when he gets angry in public.... I find this incredibly disrespectful--especially when children are present. Do you agree?
I've told him this bothers me, but he doesn't seem to care. He says that children hear worse in school.

He was raised in a different culture. German culture to be exact. I don't believe that's an excuse. What to do???

My mom used to pick on me all my life and I always told myself that I would never be like her. However, I notice sometimes that I start picking on my fiance and cannot stop. I don't want to be this person but I don't know how to control myself sometimes. It got to the point that it causes us big fights and he gets very very upset. He says he doesn't want to be with a person who puts him down, and I don't blame you. I am usually a very positive person who likes to cheer others up but once in a while I get in a bad mood and then pick on everything. How can I stop??
