thanks for the very interesting response of the the readers regarding my question of the profession we are going to take with my GF after high school. my realy concern is that if im going to be a commercial pilot taking care of my passenger to be safe to our destination and my GF is going to be a doctor taking care of the sick which brings us to different time zones, if we get married who will take care of our kids. im going to Indiana Aerospace University to take BA Aviation Major in Flying Course and my GF is going to Mary Hopkins University to be a doctor..by then we will be far from each other. is this a good set up? is this doom for break up soon? i love her since she my GF since i was 14 my only one if infact and i guess she the woman i like to marry someday. right now at 16 y/o we plan of having sex but we put it on hold due the advices of the readers but most of all i think this can wait but for how long when we will be far away from each other. hoew about if other girl come?

at 16 you needn't worry about this for a long time yet but two things come to mind. Those who go into the medical - and legal as well actually - who are married before finishing school have a rate of failure in marriage of over 80% according to one study I read, and you will be flying around the world with very attractive stewardess, at least some of whom will be trying to get something going with the good looking pilot so being apart for the schools will be the first test of whether you can survive as a couple being apart from each other. if you can keep in touch one way or the other -phone, internet, web cam and so on, and are still interested in each other at the end of your schools, you will have passed a very hard test and the rest is easy. She can get a job in whatever town you fly out of and although you will be separated at times, it will be nothing compared to the time you were apart while in school. Once you have children, she will mostl likely be able to get maternity leave to have the baby and for a period of time there after, and with the money you will make combined you will be able to hire the very best care for the child when neither of you can be home. It will be hard to get to that point but if the two of you stick together and accomplish this, you will have a world better than you can even imagine at this point. I hope you do make it and good luck to you.

You guys are still so young... forget thinking about kids right now. You guys both sound like you have a great futures ahead of you. Focus on school and then a career.... if you truly love one another you will make it through all that hard work. At that point you will be educated, wealthy, and mature enough to decide what to do as far as family and children.

I admire your goals and wish you the best of luck!
