ok this email is tough for me becaue i'm so confused on such a new feeling...but here it goes..

I really worry that me being here and you there that tings would be eas to work out...my job is going to be kinda demanding time wise..and then the distance..and on top of that with this all being so new to me it kinda scares me...i dont really know how to explain it. i had sucha n awesome time hanging out with you but its so new and i have to be very careful...probably weird coming from a guy but its the truth. i'm just kinda confused and relaly dont wanna "hurt" you in anyway sso i felt it was best to express this.

...Yuck! ? Like, she's boring and plain, he's stupid and ugly, who would want to be married to them? Their dumb marriage goes nowhere and you wonder what the heck?

Is this just me, or does anyone else understand this?

He lives in Florida and I live in South Carolina. The agreement was made in SC. I had his wages Garnished but now he has quit his job and has stopped paying. He pays about oce a month so far. He is now up to $2300 behind as of right now. Every week it goes up $113. Anyway I was told because he lives in FL I have no rights. What do I do?

I recently found out that me husband has been communicating with a woman who he claims is his friend. They talk 10 to 20 times on the phone all day long. He says she is just a friend but I can't understand what they have toi talk about so often and for long periods of time, considering the fact that we don't talk that much. He rarely ever calls me on the phone during the day while he is a work. I am paranoid and confused. He siad he will stop speaking to her but i don't know what to believe anymore. Let me know what you think.

only 17 years old and my father left when I was one and my boyfriend and I were living with my mother but she's psycho and kicked us out so now we live on our own.. so, I have no parents to sign for me. Can you get another guardian to sign or what can I do?

We've been married 2 yrs. He insisted we don't put our incomes together and that I pay him $300.
a month for expenses. I moved into "his" house.
I told him I will pay for expenses myself, but he insist I pay him the $300. or he will kick me out.
We have no children together. He has 2 kids that live with us half the time and he pays child support to their mom. I am tired of feeling like a roomate.
I am looking for another place to live but need to know if he can kick me out for not paying him money.

I'm 32 and My husband of 4 years is 31. he just started this restaurant job. he used to do carpentry now he works in the kitchen and sometime the front desk. my husband usually doesn't wear cologne but since he started working there he has been shaving and wearing cologne everyday. his family owns restaurant so he works with family members except for this one girl she is a close friend of the familys (not close with him) he seems to know a little bit about her like her work schedule and her days off at her other job. I know they talk and i get so jealous and can't help but think that he likes her. when i asked him he said his father told him to shave all the time and that the outfit sometimes smells like food that's why he wears cologne. i nag and always accuse him of cheating for no reason but this time I really don't know It hurts just to think he likes someone. everything else seems to be normal at home we still have sex everyday. is it ok to like someone when you're already marrie

My husband (soon to be ex--divorce schedule is 3 weeks away) left me 2 mos. ago for a woman he met online for sex. All of my friends and family keep telling me that both of them did me a huge favor and that this is actually a blessing in disguise. Also friends keep telling me to be glad they found each other. I don't know what everyone means. I keep hearing it over and over again from everyone. Right now, I'm picking up pieces of my shattered heart while this @sshole loser is "so happy" with his new life. I am working on healing myself right now and I'm not ready to go jump in some rebound relationship. I was nothing but a good, caring, loyal wife to this man for 8 years. I deserve some good karma. Hopefully what comes around will go around for these two morally-deficient low lifes.

Divorce petition was filled in mumbai in Dec04 & Restitution of conjugal rights was filed in jan 05 and the decree of restution was passed in March 2006 & execution if completed by returning her belongings but boy is not staying with her will the divorce petition be dismissed as she holds the decree of restution?

My husband was in a pogo game room the other night. This lady was in there chatting to the whole room. She proceeds to ask my husband and every other man in the room if they were married, of course he said yes. She then said, "I have been married for 2 months" (she obviously was hoping he and the others would say something like "single" or "looking", etc...). Later, she states to the whole room she likes active sports, like tennis. Then she says she likes spending her spare time online talking to strange men while her husband is hard at work! A man in the room laid into her, telling her what a scum she is, basically. What would you do if you found out your spouse was like this while you were hard at work? I have the pogo ID she used in case anyone wants to check up on their spouse, lol...

My husband lost his job and has done everything he can to get another one but it seems that no one is hiring , he has also applyed for un-employment and that is pending, so my question is he is getting really bored at home and i need idea's for what what he should do with his free time we live in an apartment so there really is no "yard work" for him to do. any ideas?

I got myself into a horrible mess with my ex-husband. We divorced over 4 years ago when our son was a few months old. We currently have joint custody with me having physical custody, my son lives with me in NY and he lives in florida. Visitation for him is upon our agreeing to see our son when he comes here to NY. He maybe sees our son 6 times at the most per year. Here's the thing.. Two summers ago, we tried once again to make things work for the sake of our son and he flew us to florida a few times and came to NY more since our relationship was getting better and to also see our son. Well, I ended up getting pregnant, and during this we started fighting horribly again and now the baby is 4 wks old.. He gives me $53 a wk for child support for our son and now says I have to take him to court for more money for our newborn baby. I have barely any money for a lawyer and not sure if I can do this without a lawyer. Should I just go petition in family court? Do I have a good chance still?

My ex and I had known each other for about 3-4 years before we officially went out as adults before college. We broke up so we could attend college in other states. It wasnt a bad break up, he cried alot over leaving me, I still am upset. We broke up two years ago. I got into a rebound relat and am now married with a child. He still speaks to me and will see me from time to time. When he sees me he acknowledges that he has/had feelings for me and wants to cuddle with me and treat me like old times. I dont know why. I gave him a love letter card before he left and he left it in my car. My husband says that right there means he never liked me anyway but the guy says thats not true. Is it possible to hide feelings from someone like that? Is it possible that he and I can get back together after my hubby and I divorce? My husband doesnt treat me right, etc. How can I get over this guy? My husband says I have a mental problem of this.
