Marriage & Divorce - 8 August 2007

We've been married a year and a few months. As soon as we got married things changed. Before- we went to church together, got along great After-he doesn't want to wake up for church he blows up over the tiniest of things. For example, I am trying to save money to buy us our first home so I have been trying to unplug things that aren't in use. I unplugged his phone charger....there wasn't even a phone attached and he go sooo mad it almost got physical. Anytime I do something like that he tells me how I don't know what I'm talking about. Also, I have one more semester of college and work part-time so it is harder for me to be dedicated to the house work, but when I do clean or cook he says it isn't good enough and that I ain't good for nothing and he don't know why he married me. Anytime I even open my mouth to talk he makes me feel like I am stupid and what I say doesn't matter. I've told him how I feel but he doesn't seem to change.

My husband has cheated on me with several women sometimes with more than one at the same time.Some people say something was lacking in our marriage and I always blamed myself but I have found letters from other women complaining about things that I also complained about?
Does that mean then that he's the one with the problem?

Ok, so my boss is a woman...a bit older than I and married. About a month ago, we finished a big project and went out to celebrate. We ended up back at the office and having at it on the conference room table. Lately, she has been asking me to "work late." It's been pretty good...and she's taught me a few things in the sexual arena for sure. My wife is starting to get a bit susupicious about me working late so often. If I end things with my boss, it could be bad for my career (plus she's fun). Not sure how to handle the wife and her questions about my work hours. I don't know, maybe I should just start going home at a normal time again and everything will be ok. Any thoughts?

He says he doesn't want a divorce and that he loves me, just not the way he used to. He wants to run with his buddies and go out to bars. He also said that there is no one else and doesn't know whether he wants a divorce or not. He said he needs some time. He has been gone for over two months. We have sex about 3 times a week other than that not much contact with one another. He has never done anything like this before. Should I continue to wait for him? Please advise....

My wife and I have had a bumpy relationship the past year. We started dating 1 year ago and got married 6 months ago. My wife is into this marriage where she "does her things, I do my things, and if we meet in the middle, then cool." I never wanted this type of marriage. Lately, my wife has been getting calls at night that she wont take or I notice she calls her baby's dad alot when im not around. I have heard her v/m and he, who is also married with kids, has been calling her saying he "misses her" and calling her "baby." My wife says she loves me but i dont think she is in love with me. Should I take it how it looks and how should I handle this? Do I call/confront him about it? Should I call his wife and let her know whats going on?? Help!!!

is it wrong to begin a new relationship while your divorce isnt final..but will be in three months? should u get mad if the man that you want tells you to slow down..and wait..that maybe one day we will pursue a relationship..maybe? should i even get mad ? should i move on to someone else..who knows what he wants..in 1 year or two years? and should i stay with a maybe?

You would contact your ex-girlfriend out of the blue even though you had not had any communication with her in over six months. I am asking because I think that would be sad if you just did it for sex because you and her both should have bee with someone sexually in that length of time. So what would be the reason?

my STB Ex-Husb. & I have been separated for 3 months. he moved to another state to be with his gf whom is now pregnant. he comes here to visit his daughter every other weekend. a month ago, he called me talking about how much i still turn him on. we ended up sleeping together. AFTERWARDS, he literally cried to me telling me how much he regrets ruining his life, how much he regrets ever hurting me, how much he still loves me & misses me & thinks about me constantly. since then he's confided in me about everything ... including all the fights he & his gf get into, how controlling she is of him (& how controlling he is of her). he treats her 150% different (control-wise) than he EVER did me. he talks about how he is confused as to which of us he wants to be with. i think he believes he's stuck with her b/c she's pregnant. but it may not be his, he knows that & will get a paternity test. do you think he's trying to hint to me that he wants to come back?

My boyfriend of three and a half years and I own a house have lived together for almost three years and now he drops a bomb shell. We have always said we wanted kids, but not while we were still young. So I have been taking the steps over the years to provide a home and finances for a child to come into our lives. But now that I am ready he says deep down he has wanted to wait because he really does not want to have kids. He would rather spend the money on trips and materialistic stuff. Where as I have always dreamed of being the stay at home wife and have created my business to be out of my home so that I could earn money and be at home for everyone. My question is he is now thinking we may just be to comfortable with each other and are really going separate ways. He is thinking of breaking up with me. Does anyone think that we can get over this and find a common ground or are we kidding ourselves and it was over awhile ago?

I am so tired of trying to defend what I dont believe in to my "christian" husband. I was with him spiritually for a time but I guess I was a bad seed. (ha)

I emailed a friend because i heard they got married. Congratulated them and wished them happiness. But the email i got back was strange. He mentioned he got married two months ago and he is just hanging in there. But that he may be a father next year. and he was happy about having another baby. Why would someone be happy about a baby but not be excitied about his marriage and just say he is hanging in there? No one even asked him how his marriage was going. strange

My fiance is scared of commitment which is why he doesn't want to marry me yet. However, he proposed to me back on Christmas Day so did he not know that that's what that meant? He is also selfish in some ways. He has a problem with porn too. He just recently quit drinking and we don't see eye to eye on church. However, he's a great partner, a great father, and a great human being. He is trustworthy and a hardworker. He helps around the house all the time. We have been together over a year now. He loves me and i love him but he's never satisfied with what he has. MY family loves him and his family loves me and we all get along just fine except for his dad who doesn't agree with anything we do. Is there any other men out there like mine and what should i do about all of this?

I have a friend guy, that I really like. But because I can't read signals very good I thought that he didnt like me. I think that I really hurt him by alot of the things that I said. I sent him a email telling him everything that I thought he had done wrong to me. But then he sent me a reply, saying that he thought everything was going good, and that our friendship was very unique. But I think that I hurt him, because he said that he was shocked by alot of the stuff that I said. I in no way meant to hurt him, but I just realized after reading his reply, that I had misinterpeted some things. He is really a Wonderful person, I would love to one day possibly have a relationship with him. I am just wondering did I hurt him to bad for him to want to continue a friendship with me. In his email, he stated that he wanted us to keep in contact, and he didnt mean 2 hurt me if he did. We went out last night to our favorite bar and after we had a our steaks she said she wanted to go to another one nearyby.

So we went and she said she was bored their, we went back to the first one and I thought we were having a good time.

Then she tells me if I wasn't with her she wouldn't be bored because she would be going around talking to all the men. I told her to go for it if that's what she wanted, but she said she couldn't because I was their and she would feel bad.

I asked her if she wanted to go out without me and she said no.

I try and do everything she wants, which is all we do.

What's up with her?

Let me add some more info.He never kiss me.Not ever good bye kiss.We talked about it too much.He never told me that i don't know how to kiss.i'm sure that my breath is good.I'm not selfish.At least he should share his feelings with me that why he does not kiss me.If i know the answer than i can help him or understand him.Is it a good idea to keep him away without sex for the kiss.i don't think this is right.I want to understand he feelings but he should share that to me.He never open up about it.everytime we discussed about it he says that he will.And that never comes.

Okay so I haven't lived in north carolina for 6 months yet so I have to file my divorce with Texas and my question is on August 28th it will be 6 months and i'm going to send the petition for divorce to the court tomorrow but I have to wait 60 days for the finalized divorce. My question is will that matter that once the divorce is finalized I will have been here for over six months or will I be okay cause I already sent the petition?
