My brother has been living with my mom for a year, not paying a dime, not buying food, and he's even stolen from her to buy things for his estranged wife. He borrowed money swearing it was for his child, yet used it to buy some woman dinner! His wife abandoned her kids 6 weeks ago and moved away to "greener pastures". They are still married, have an 8 year old kid, and now I found out my brother is DATING this other woman who has kids.
I said "You shouldn't date until you're divorced. Either be married, or file divorce papers. Pick one!"
He said boo hoo I'm so lonely boo hoo but yet has made no move to file for a divorce.

I think that's just wrong. Am I old fashioned, or is he just doing yet another bone-headed move, avoiding reality?

And what kind of woman would date a married man who steals from his mother, doesn't have a home, and refuses to file for divorce to avoid his wife's psychotic rage?

To have sex during the week I would practically have to take advantage of him. I think about sex all day and night he tells me that I am beautiful and sexy he makes me think he wants it then I get shut down once we are in bed he has even turned down all of my advances even the blunt ones that say hey this is what i would like he once told me that he felt that was all I wanted from so I started being more romantic and that didnt change anything I get I am stressed and I am tired what if the kid hears us but it doesnt change when the kid isnt around SOME PLEASE HELP this is causeing alot of problems for me emotionally and in the marrage

What is stronger - the compulsion to have children or the desire to stay with someone you are in love with? Would you sacrifice the chance to have children for a partner that didn't want kids? And would you settle for less with somebody else, because they want children as much as you?

My wife and I married in June and she is in transition to join me in the West. I've prepared our home for her but want to make sure I help her to transition with as little stress as possible. Also, I want to make sure we learn how to navigate our cultural differences in terms of how to relate to each other. We have had a couple instances where she was upset by something I said (too honest I suppose) - we recovered nicely though. I believe it should be fair compromise - neither culture should dominate the marriage. Are there any professional organizations or Websites out there that can help? - PS. She is highly educated and comes from an excellent family - no money issues etc..

... minor child, including, but not limited to, medical...school records, may not denied to a parent because the parent is not the child's primary residential parent. Full rights under this subparagraph apply to either parent unless a court order specifically revokes these rights.....".
Does it mean the non-custodial parent should have the same rights as the non-primary residential parent stated above ?

does he care to much to argue with you or not care enough

its really a petty argument, that he could resolve if he just let his pride down a little.

Ok Ok..I deserve everything & then some of what everyone has written. I am overwhelmed by the response from MEN telling me I am a man Ho.
Look I have a GREAT paying job plus I have my own biz. I spent money like running water on ugly woman to make them feel better. They repay me with amazing sex my wife never pleased me like they can. Mind you with respect to my wife she was a virgin in 1980 raised in the bible belt with morals at 19 she was a great catch. I am the only man she has been with.
She says it is MY fault she can't please me since I am her teacher sexually. She is sexy but not naughty. I can not ask my wife to let me f*** in the *** or swollow my c**. She is the mother of my kids. I know the ugly woman are great lovers and are willing to do everything with no questions asked.
She has I think no intentions of letting me in the marriage bed again.
I have informed lovers I need a place to stay but they reused me full time. I am paying their bills.
Depressed & Sad :(

Mark has practice or games about 2-3 times a week which we never miss.My question is this enough?Should we be bringing him to the batting cages or practicing with him too?Once in a while Mark will ask us to go throw the ball to him and we allways do but we never ask him if he wants to go out and play.I would really like to know what other parents do with thier small children that are in little league.

Sometimes, jokingly, my Fiance has said things that have hurt me. I know for sure they most likely stem from my own insecurities, you know? Its nothing about my appearance, or anything like that. More about my own personal beliefs, and he may crack a joke, and it hurts. He doesnt mean it to hurt, and I know that if we arent communicating, I can take what he says wrong, and he may say something that will strike a nerve not knowing one was there. But I am wondering, how can I explain to him that his comment has hurt me, or bothered me, without making him feel bad? It was really an honest mistake, and like I said, I am partly to blame, but do you have any suggestions on how to bring up something, without alienating him or hurting him?

Hello again, I have a question that I have heard the answer one sided I wanted to know if there was anymore opinions before I make a decision... This is the problem my husband & I have been together for ten years. I am the giver of the relationship & he is the taker. With ten years under our belt you would think that things would be different but they are not. I recently had to give him an ultimatum quit drinking or sign divorce papers. Now I am not one to give this choice but I am tired of the side effects of his drinking meaning he gets very violent towards me. I have come to the point in my life that I am tired of letting this go on. What I mean is that I am tired of fighting with a drunk & I am tired of being man handled as you call it. 10 years is enough. Now I love my husband and he is not like this all the time only when he is drunk. I have given everything up in our life for him because of our relationship. Now he has to make the decision if he is going to give it up, right?

What would you do?
A few days ago I wrote to get advice about a man who just will not leave me alone.Thank you for the advice.?
OHHHHH! He is making me crazy and sad. Please take a peek at my question from a few days ago.I didnt have enough room to write everything here. Here are some of the things that he says to me when I break up with him. What do you think?:

Why won't you let me be your boyfriend? Why don't you want me, like I want you? Why won't you be my girlfriend? I don't understand. I just want you to want me. I just want you to touch me, to hug me, to kiss me....I just want to be with you. Why won't you let me be your boyfriend?

Why can't I ever be happy? What am I doing wrong? Why do I always have to be alone? I don't understand. What's wrong with me? Why won't you be with me? I'm so sad. I'm so very sad & alone. And you won't be with me. No one will.

I tried so hard. I really tried to be your boyfriend. I tried to be good to you. As good as I can be & I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Sonya, I'm so alone all the time. I don't want to be alone anymore. Why won't you be my girlfriend? Why can't we be happy together? I don't know what to do anymore. I'm trying so hard to be a good man. I don't know how to be better.

I wish you'd come back to me.

With love,
Kevin

My husband and i dot into a debate about smth. he feels he is very right and i feel i am right. he then gets up and says well what you think its just stupid and walks away and mind you i was still talking. I got upset because i feel its disrespectful for anyone to say that what another person thinks is stupid. you dont have to agree with what anyone is saying but you have to respect them. He could have just said well we dont agree and its fine. he wont appologize to me becuase he thinks it wasnt insulting and he didnt call me stupid but my agrument. i think its silly coz if peopel feel strongly about smth and voice thier opinions they are a part of them and therefore calling my argument stupid means that i am stupid as well. am i being crazy?

One of my good friends finally left her mentally abusive husband about six months ago, and she has been doing great. Having known her forever, I know that she is happier now (out of her depression) and feeling a lot better. Now, her ex got a promotion and a raise, and she thinks he is happier and she thinks that she should go back with him , for the kids sake.....she actually thinks he will change...she has illusions that he trying (because he bought a nice house 'for a family', etc.) but I know for sure it's just show....he'll start being abusive as soon as she comes back to him.
I honestly think he will just break her heart again (and the kids' heart too). but I have a hard time telling her because she may think I just want her to be available for me (I'm a guy)....
So, is there a way to convince her that I am being honest as a friend?

we broke up a month ago i broke up with her
she stills wants to be friends
we met up for lunch, she suspected that i have a new gf
and began to ask me a series of questions which i didnt want to answer i simply told her i have a potential but im not seeking anything serious now but she went on how she met this new guy and how nice he is
and all the things he has done for her

i didnt get angry or anything (i guess she was hoping)

why will a woman do that
is it to smooth a wounded ego

why?? what are her motives? thanks

We met up with my husband's boss , his wife and coworker at a "drunkfest" if you wanna call it that. We are all younger and my husband and I are newly weds. Normally his coworkers think I'm stuck up, but when I get with the boss's wife, we get lit and let loose. My husband and his boss think its great, we all have a great time. This time the co worker mentioned to my husband that I was "Too Friendly" I swear, I didn't cross the line at all.But now he's talkin about it to everyone at his work. He wont tell my husband or me what it is that supposedly happened. It has me p!$$ed and my husband questioning. What am I supposed to do?
