Do what I did! My wife got like that sometimes so one time I took a video camera and started taping her when she started to get drunk. She would get loud and laugh at stupid things and sometimes would say things about me that I didn't appreciate. The only way to describe the look on her face when she saw the video was priceless I even zoomed in on some of our friends frowning face's. NOW she has a 2 drink maximum and after the video she called our friends and apologized she never did that again......

regardless of their "motives" for this extraordinary habit, it nevertheless hurts, does not it. i will in undemanding terms speculate as to the justifications why the couples you stated are appearing this way. some human beings have faith that once you marry, you will possibly desire to not dangle out with single pals to any extent further. (rumor has it that it would desire to lead you to % to be single lower back, particularly of married) might desire to be that those ladies have husbands who're very controlling & dictate to them what they might & can not do, or the place they might or can not go. it somewhat is notably unusual while they finally decrease off all touch outdoors of the marriage. it particularly is extreme administration. i replaced into as quickly as married to a guy like that. Our marriage lasted under a million 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet in that short length of time, he replaced into in a position to alienate me from ALL my pals, my kinfolk, and so on. yet it particularly is history & an entire different tale. you could attempt calling those girlfriends & see in the event that they're going to talk definitely with you. If it somewhat is a "hubby is on top of issues" element, you will %. up on it. good luck!

Ouch, yes I do. Although since we've had some blow up fights about it he does it much, much less. If it were still happening, I'd probably consider leaving him there. My idea of fun does not involve getting drunk these days.

I don't have this problem b/c my guy is really laid back, but my friend's husband ALWAYS gets drunk and starts dancing like some male stripper. Everyone else thinks its hilarious, but she gets super embarrassed.

I always try to distract her, but its hard not to notice when a man is standing on a chair flinging his shirt in the air!! I always grab her hand and say come on lets go dance with him. If you can't beat em' join em', right?

I go alone. My husband is an alcoholic so it is guaranteed he will get drunk and act stupid. If I go alone I don't have to worry about him embarrassing me.

Anytime my husband and I have been to a gathering he has not gotten drunk. But what I do hate is when he goes out with his friends and then comes home smelling like liquor. It seems like he always wants to get up in my face after he's been out drinking. Yuck!

I'm lucky that I don't have this problem but if I did I would just laugh at how stupid he is acting. Or you could just take the car home and let him walk!

men tend to do that. so do women sometimes. for my hubby, i try to quietly let him know when he's getting out of line. he usually ends up thanking me the next day, and now knows i won't let him make a fool out of himself if i can help it. it doesn't always work though, so i just let him act stupid and call him on it the next day. he knows he gets stupid so he works on not being stupid so often. i guess. good luck.

My husband is pretty quiet, even when drinking. I think I am the one who gets more out of hand. lol Just figure everyone is drunk and won't think too much of it when they sober up.

Yeah, its the pits for women. And, its the pits for men whose wives get drunk at parties too.
