Yes, pregnancy has nothing to do with getting a divorce.

Get an attorney to make sure it is done correctly and get on with your life.

IF this child is not your current husbands kid and you have no property together or there's nothing in particular that you want from this soon to be x-husband, look in the newspaper and find an ad that says... "for example" DIVORCE $100. The person you'll talk to will draw up the paperwork and they'll ask the last known address of this husband you want to divorce (DO NOT TELL THE EXACT LAST PLACE...JUST THE VACINITY)...They'll place an ad in the newspaper and give the husband 30 days to respond and of course he wont respond and then, you'll have the divorce papers done, get them from the guy you paid the hundred bucks to and he'll tell you to take them to the courthouse to get stamped and you'll have your finalized divorce papers within a couple weeks...
That's what I did exactly and it took about 2 months and I was divorced after 7 years of trying to get a divorce. My 1st husband and I had no children, no properties and I sent him regular divorce papers 3 or 4 times and he just refused to sign them...even though we lived 7-9 states away from eachother and hadn't seen each other in 5 years. And for reference, I'm FROM TN...born and raised.

Yes you can. The law doesn't say you have to be in a specific bodily condition to get divorced. It just states that for a divorce the relationship is no longer able to be fixed. Talk to a lawyer in your state. Look for someone with free consultations in the divorce area.
