it doesn't matter what other people think is right, it only matters if you feel that it's right.

Hell no that is not right he is your dads age. Gross do you think it is right that someone at the age of 56 in his right mind would want to date a 20 year old?

Is it right that you love him?
Well its not wrong.
What does age have to do with it.
Sounds like you want approval for dating a man that older than you. If you need approval then do you really love him like you say?
In my opinion if you really loved him you wouldn't care what anyone else thought.

it depends on a few things that come to mind

how comfortable you will feel when you're around his friends/family??

does he have children? they're most likely at least a few years older than you if not more---just like his friends

will you feel comfortable hardly being around anyone your age?

do you want to have children? if so does he? & if so keep in mind if you have them in the next few years by the time they're running around dad will be in his 60's so he'll be a dad & grandad at the same time

i wish you the best of luck

the fact that ur asking the question might suggest that u somehow don't feel that it is right. however it could just be that other's make u feel this way. if it feels right, then it is right, maybe not forever, but for right now. most of the best loves don't last forever,it doesn't make it wrong. if you're happy, enjoy it, and ignore other's who are jealous of your happiness. xxx

I'm guessing you didn't have a father figure and you see validation through him.
