Okay so I'm an idiot. He said he loved me and was inlove with me. So why do I have a five month old daughter who has never met her father? and why is he telling everyone she isn't his and that I went out got pregnant for some random guy so I could pass the baby off as his and get him to marry me? I never said anything to him about marriage he is the one who kept bringing it up. Why would I want to marry his sorry fat bald a** anyway, sorry venting. I just want to prove that it is his kid.

I can cite many instances of love being torn apart on various grounds such as materialistic gains, caste, religion and region, good looks, parental pressure etc. Very seldom the person invokes empathy on the shattering mental impact left on the affected. While the victim actually benefits from the release of life tied to an unsteady soul for life, the agony of separation is likely to leave a lifetime scar on the affected. In this context how do you define one such person?

Since I do not trust my ex-husband's second wife (now widow) and since she does not communicate with my and my ex-husband's children, how will I know that if he left something to the chldren, they will actually receive it? Is there any outside oversight as far as Living Trusts go?

i have a young child with my exwife so this makes it hard.My ex is still bitter/jealous over the divorce and trys to control me the only way she can thru my child. My fiance trys to get me to "fight" with my ex all the time over ever little thing my ex does she does not like. My fiance's maybe right but sometimes its just easier and better for my son to give in to my ex than fight with her.My fiance will also sometimes say/do things just to piss my ex off which just makes things worse. What can i do?My fiance is a good person and she just feels i should stand up to my exwife.

Of our modern idea of a 50-50 relationship? A company, a sports team or a country will fail with no leadership and not having someone in authority, could the same apply to marriage? I'm not saying this means the man has to be the one with that authority.

this is my 1st marrage and would like to have a child. This will be my bfs 2nd marrage and he has a young(8 yrs) child with his exwife that was planned NOT a "opps".Now he loves his son to death and wants him with us all the time so i thought he would love to have anouther child with me.Whenever i would hint around he would avoid the subject finally he can right out and said he does not want anouther child and if this was going to be a deal breaker for me to let him know now.How can a man love one child from his 1st marrage so much but will not even talk about having anouther?

My ex-husband has had anger issues and won't get help. He always portrays himself as the victim. The girl and I have been trying to get away from him for years. He has been abusive. He has not supplied them with enough money for all the things they need.

My wife and I were married for 9 years, together for 11. She was diagnosed with a mental illness almost a year ago. Ever since then it was "poor me" from her. Things got really rocky and she moved out and filed for divorce. After 7 months we had great communication and our 2 kids were doing fine. Now the kids are really struggling and she says she is "in love" with someone else. She met him a month ago. She says he doesnt know. Is that possible? How do I get her to see that I am Mr. Right? The day before she met him she said she loved and missed me and wanted to come home. I am desperate here!

My wife has so many double standards. It seems every things she does not want me to do, she does. It is always okay for her to do certain things but it appears to cause problems when I do them.

My husband & I are definitly going through a push/pull in our relationship. I know that I can only control/change me in this relationship, but I have some legitamate issues with his communication style & some old baggage from his previous 12 yr marriage that I feel has nothing to do with me. I try very hard and choose my words carefully but as soon as he hears "when you do X it hurts my feelings" he immediatly hears " You! You! You!" & says "why don't you worry about yourself" or he says "oh, you're such a one way-you think the rules apply to everyone else but you". I went into the spare bedroom where he chose to sleep after a fight & I didn't knock. He immediatly told me how rude I was b/c I knew he was trying to sleep and I was only thinking of myself. After pleading to him lets not go to bed this way he said if I didn't leave he'd physically remove me". (He's not phys. abusive). After I left, he lodged a chair against the door. I now disengage to avoid fights but never feel heard.

I met a guy online and got married. We got 2 kids then I found out out of the blue from our quarrel that he is not divorce yet. He and his wife had an agreement on paper about their separation and the wife told her that she will handle the divorce proceedings but she did not. Now, I'm in a situation wherein I need help of what to do about it. They are both resident of US and I'm not.

He cheated with apparently more than one women. I found his chat logs on the computer and this has been going on for a while. I want to just walk out and take my kids. The main thing is I want custody of my kids. He makes more money than I do and works from home so even though he cheated I am worried I might not get custody. What should I do? I haven't confronted him yet.

You're not happy in your marriage. Your spouse has not actually had sex with someone, but has posted ads online on dating services, sent exotic emails, and passed notes with a receptionist at his work half his age trying to set up meetings...then said it was all words. Your children are 1500 miles away. They're teenagers now. The area they live in has a low job market. You have debt according to your income now. You still don't have trust in your spouse even though you haven't found anything for a while on him. You have no savings. WHAT would YOU do?
