Okay so I'm an idiot. He said he loved me and was inlove with me. So why do I have a five month old daughter who has never met her father? and why is he telling everyone she isn't his and that I went out got pregnant for some random guy so I could pass the baby off as his and get him to marry me? I never said anything to him about marriage he is the one who kept bringing it up. Why would I want to marry his sorry fat bald a** anyway, sorry venting. I just want to prove that it is his kid.

Go to your local child support office and apply for child support naming him as the father, they will contact him telling him he has been named as a father of this child. He will either deny it or agree, if he denies it they will run dna testing on all three of you. If it comes back he is the legal father they will make him pay child support. It doesn't take that long, usually within 3 months you should have a child support giving you child support for your daughter.
