I consider them to be where the other person acts like she is not interested just to get something. Also, leading someone on just to get what they want, kind of like using the other person for something without that other person suspecting it. Even making a girl think you are interested just to get in her pants and never talk to her again is a mind game to me. Mind games should be avoided, as they almost always cause serious issues with trust and they can seriously destroy a good solid relationship.

Mixed signals, saying no while meaning yes. Anything basicly that is intentionally misleading may be concidered mind games. It all really depends on how the person receiving the games percives it.
