In some states it is legal for a teen of 14 years to marry with a notarized parental consent and a court order. If the teen is 15 and has already had a child then parental consent is not necessary. This applies to both male and female. I have included a website that lists by state (US) their laws concerning this issue.

But no, it isn't illegal in some states. The laws concerning marriage and sex are different in each state. Make sure you know first, before you do anything. Remember teens are still children and need permission to do most adult things, like marriage and sex. Play it safe and ask permission of the parent and the court.

it depends on the state..in IL a minor can marry at 16 with parents consent.... my brother was 21 when he married his 16 year old wife.....our families grew up together (parents too) and they had dated for several years and so her parents were fine with it. Depending on the state it may be legal but a lot of people who do not know you or your situation will look down on it. My sister in law is actually much more "adult" than my brother and their marriage has lasted longer than either parents did. I'm sure her parents would not be pleased if their other daughter who is not as mature tried the same. I know people that married very young and have been together 40-50 years - although todays young adults are often far less mature than people were at that time..

also- I would assume in some states having sexual relations with a minor is considered rape...and since it is defined as rape the minors parents cannot legally give "permission" for sexual relations..depending on if both are minors or only one... that was one of the reasons her parents agreed to let them marry- they were sexally active and there could have been a situation where either her parents or my brother would be in trouble with the law ..after they got married it was not an issue legally

Yea, I think, without parents permission anyways. Why are you wanting to marry a child? Any 22 year old who is with a 15 year old has some serious issues. If she's pregnant, so what? Be responsible and don't marry her or at least not yet!

Yeah it's legal with parental permission, but probably not the best idea . since the 15 year old will want to be a teen still and at 22 it's possible to already be set in some of your ways.

Hickstead became an olympic horse and named between the final horses interior the international and he became making plans to pass to the olympics at age 15, yet he died from a heart problem or blocked artery or something that could have occurred to any horse! one among Ian Millars olympic horses he bought to a rider he became practise and the pony became 18 and nonetheless competing at grand prix point! maximum horses do no longer attain their top till ultimately 11-15 so in spite of the certainty that it incredibly is an older age the pony will nonetheless be completely good!!!!! as long because it has no well-being subjects (teeth, legs and returned are all advantageous) there should not be a difficulty :) desire you have relaxing inclusive of your new horse (despite you are going to be able to wind up with!)

In the USA, the 15 year old must have parent's written permission. Without it the 22 year old will be arrested. Have a wonderful week.
