I have a friend who's been missing for almost a month with her four children. Her father and I thought she might have just took off for awhile to clear her mind. ( crazy husband problem, and others, ect.) Our local police have been called, but don't seem to be taking it seriously. There's no way she has any money left to feed her 4 children. (ages 2-8) And she's called no one or tried to get money out of her checking accounts in another state. What can I do to get the police to take this more seriously. I'm at a loss, and scared to death for her safety. She's only 31.
Who should I call, or do?
Any suggestions would be helpful and your prayers.
Thanks.

My husband has been on straight nights, 7 days a week for 3 months now. Yes, the pay is good, and we are saving for renovations, but I really miss my honey. We have hardly seen each other, except for the 25 minutes before he goes to work when he is just waking up and tired, and for a bit in the morning when I am just getting up, and tending to our 2 year old. I really need some quality alone time with my man(if you know what I mean). I am tired of being alone every night, but I don't want to make him feel bad about working, cause he is doing it for us. This job may run for another month or so. Sometimes I almost feel like a single mom. Anyone else been through similar?

What is the difference between being married and being separated, or is there even one?

My parents, for example, are still married, but my dad has been working off five states away and we haven't been together in months. My mom and dad aren't divorced, but would they be considered "separated"?

Thanks.

You would think after 15 years talking would come easy. But it is not. I told my spouse this morning I felt very far away from him and we never talked any more at least not about thing that were deep.....I mean we talk about the weather and the kids and the house and stuff like that. But we don't talk aobut any thing with substance....Why? Have any of you been through this before? It is now evening and we have hardly spoken a word to each other since this morning? It is driving me nuts!

A wife testifies in divorce court that her husband hit her, she left the house, walked down the street, and told a police officer her huband hit her, but says the officer refused to help her because she had no ID. Would it be believable that a police officer would refuse to help a woman who says she was hit because she had no ID? Also when asked in court if there were any marks on her she says" I didnt check"

To make a long story short, my husband and I have been married for a short period of time. During this time, he has been deployed to Iraq. So, we really haven't lived together long as husband and wife. Before we got married, my husband fathered two children other children as well as mine. I stayed with him. I forgive him for that. However, now it's just not working. We don't communicate. The sad part is I don't want to talk to him. Reasons being because he's very controlling and stubborn. It's basically his way or the highway. The other day I put a label on an envelope. He tore it up and put another one on differently. He also is abusive emotionally. He constantly put me down. Nothing I ever do is right. I"m here now because of my kids. How long does this last? Is it worth my happiness or peace of mind? Is this the price I need or have to pay for my children?

There is nothing like Love-marriage, you're both happy to have the person you love with you "forever". I mean fall in love first then get marry, that's the normal way.

I dont want to lose her and would give that or anything else to be married to her. We get along and love each other perfectly. Its just who I am and I want to be honest with her and also get ideas from her on how we should handle it.

Has it all been great? Of course not. Some days are better than others, but when the times get rough, we stick together, uphold one another. When we took vows for better or worse, we meant it. I love him more than I love myself. He loves me more than he loves himself. Therefore, we have a mutual respect for one another. I still believe in the sanctity of marriage. It's about being selfless and forgiving. God is the center of it all and has greatly blessed us. How many years have you been married?

My almost ex-husband sent me a letter telling me that there was a big increase on the health insurance he is paying for all of us and that he changed or plans to change to another plan that is cheaper. The other plan, is going to be much more expensive for me. Prescriptions and medical expenses co-pays will go up and medial procedures are going to require a deductable now. Can he do this? Can he change the health insurance without my approval? Thank you for your help.

It seems that the whole company has his cell number(he is only a manager) it really annoys me when man call him and let him about problems at the company on his days off and other managers are on duty, they call him to call in sick on his cell, no one lady called and it really got me angry and I told him why in the world this person has his number also.He said he is manager and other people give them his number.

Me and a friend went out for lunch one afternoon at a restaurant and as we were walking to our table, I thought I saw my girlfriend and my father sitting at a table together. So later on, just to make sure, I walked to the bathroom to check again and it really was my girlfriend and my father! I was confused, and I didn't go up to them and say anything. When I walked back from the bathroom, I saw them kissing, and it wasn't a peck on the cheek either...Should I ignore what happened or confront my girlfriend about it? I'm really scared that I won't like the truth...

Meaning...they all have a thing for ...say like Pam Anderson, carmen Electra, Porn stars... They are full of plastic, and lots of make-up....people Hollywood is just characters. But men...have it so lopsided, ...they love blonds, but the wifey is Brunett...They like the wild and slutty look'in...but they marry the church girl...why don't they make life easier for us and go marry what they want....I am in no way ...going to alter myself to look like a plactic doll. I am not in a realtionship where this is happeningto me...but I work with women , with low self esteem, and problems in the marriage. A lot of them feel they are not good enough for their husbands. One womens husband traveled to St. Tropez, when he heard P.Anderson was there. To the shock of his life,he saw her with no make up on,and hair not done. He returned home fast. but wifey had left him. Your Magazine, Playboy, Porn, Celebrities. ..So I ask...why don't you guys go get what it is that you really want.
