it all depends on if she has a lawyer but most of the time about 6 months or sooner. all depends on the court good luck and it would be up to u if u wont to or not the courts always ask u because of your age now if you were under 13 you would not have a choice it would be what the courts Say

the courts usually appoint a guardian for the minor, what you want is definitly important to the courts, so if you want to go live with your mom just tell them. on the time it depends how many times the case gets continued.

At 17 the judge will let you decide where to live, there shouldn't be a fight.

i been through it cheer up. my dad was fighting to et me from ny crzy abusie mother. it can take a while to be annost because we went to court last year of dec. around the 28 or so. cheer up if you need to talk im at

it could take years,,but with your age the judge will probably take what you want into consideration and let you live with her if you want as long as there's no violence or abuse or anything like that....
