Marriage & Divorce - 26 October 2006

After 17 years my husband (though not legally) decided to behave as if he was 25. Ride off into the sunset on his harley, Friday
after work and then return on Sunday with the explaination like " I was out" or I went & stayed in Hells kitchen, or always something as rediculas. I had reason to believe he cheated. All the tell signs were there. Extra clothes in his truck. The late nights the not comming home etc.. blah blah blah. Now after 2 years of this and nearly loosing our home he has decided He Loves me again. I dont have the same feelings anymore. I found a place to move to with our 15 year old yet I am still not sure this is what I should do. Any one else out there been here? Do I just start over? & with or with out him?

Don't get me wrong I like that he has friends, but this friend will call all times of early morning or late at night just to talk. If my husband doesn't pick up the cell phone he will call the home phone and back to the cell phone. His best friend's girlfriend will call when they're in an argument and then his best friend will call. What did it for me is when I came home from work he was on the phone with his friend surfing the net trying to help him find a job. I told him I didn't like it. I don't mind if he comes over to use the computer or even just asks him if he has time to look up a couple of jobs, but just sitting on the phone? Tell me is it just me or should I not have a problem with this?

Almost every womens answer was about how males made more money and home males this or that. These women did not mention anything about the children. Over 1/2 the males talked about what is correct for the kids.
Women bashed the men. Dads talked about what was best for the kids.
WHY?

It is alwys little insignificant things I can't help liying about. I have hurt my wife so much, I couldn't bear to loose her I wouldn't want to live without her I want to and need to stop lying to her and hurting her before I loose her. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I am desperate.

My soon to be exwife and I are going through a divorce and custody battle,son 9months old, and come to find out she has used drug's , pot and cocain while she was still pregnant with son.Other than letting my lawyer know and getting Affidavid's from the witnesses can there be a way for me to bring charges against her outside of the divorce??

I am currently getting a divorce with my wife. I bought her a vehicle 6 months ago and she has been making the payments every month. She doesnt have the credit to get the vehicle switched over into her name, but I dont want to pay for insurance on it anymore. I also want to turn in the NY state tags that way I dont get my lisense suspended if she doesnt have insurance on it or if she doesnt turn in the plates when they should. So my only options are to take the vehicle (I really dont need the vehicle or the payments, Tell her to keep the vehicle and get insurance and register it in her name (is that possible to do with the vehicle loan in my name?). Selling the vehicle isnt an option because I went in the hole a little bit when I bought it, so I wouldnt get what I owe out of the sale. What are your thoughts?
