I'm going to be reading this with interest when the answers come in, because I always ask my partner and he says me...but I think it's more likely to be the young, childless and slim ex's.

I love how like 2 men answered. I don't think guys fantasize about someone else during the sex act...maybe before or after but I think during the feeling is much too intense to try and picture Angelina Jolie. I think he is thinking about banging the hell outta me and how good it feels!

It depends if it's with a girl I really like and wanted to be with then I think of other thing's to make the time till getting off lasts longer but if it's with no one important I think of chick's I have been with to get it over with and get out.
