Ask your lawyer to file a Notice of Discovery it basically means she has to come in with proof of income ,employment, residency, and anything else your lawyer add's to it.Going through divorce now cause she is contesting it she was served with one along with the complaint for divorce. It is designed to really screw the other party over cause if they do not go into court with the information the judge is bound to look at you in a little better light.
