My husband and I will be celebrating our fifth year wedding anniversary next weekend and for once I've completely given up the control and let him plan everything.
My question is that I have no idea what to get the man who doesn't want anything and everytime I ask him he just says "nothing"
Our relationship had been strained lately but just over the last two weeks things seem to be getting back on track.
I've already bought new lingerie and that part of the evening planned but I'm still stumped on a gift.

We've been 2gether almost 9 years. We have no kids together but I have a 14yr son.The last few yrs have been a real strain due to my sons behavior.I've sort every kind support and help possible & it's paid off.My husband resents the luv I have for my son.He is very petti towards him and it drives me insane,he will ruin a lovely evening by picking over the most rediculus thing.A few mths ago we admitted to each other that we weren't happy and told each other why.During that discussion my husband told me he had been thinking about leaving because he didn't want my son to have his name anymore,he was embarrassed by him and his behaviour.Anyway we decided to try and work through things. Two weeks ago I admitted to my husband I'm not happy and am not in love with him anymore. We agreed to end it that day.
In saying all of the above,I'd like to add that my husband has always been good to me and treated me well.He just won't make any decisions and leaves EVERYTHING upto me to sort out.

We've been married for 8 years, and I've grown into a minimalist as he has become more materialistic. He's a good person, but living with him is making me miserable. I've been contemplating divorce for the last year and a half. I'm very confused.

Ok my husband deployed to Iraq. But before going he started a big bill. The name of the co is American marketing service of Virginia (They sell magazines over the phone).

To make a long story short , I got a bill for $66.48 . I called them and thats when they told me that, my husband agreed to pay them $66.48 a MONTH for FOUR years. My mouth dropped.
So being the responsible person that i am i paid the first bill (without talking to my husband).
I finally got a call from my husband, My first response was to yell and scream . Then when i calmed down , He told me that they told him it was $66.48 a YR for four yrs.

With that being said, I dont want to pay them any more. I asked them how much would it be for me to cancel and they said $400 + dollars... lol Are they crazy???? Whats your opinion on this matter??

Any ideas to get me out of this? (besides paying to cancel)
Also can they legally put this on me husbands credit? I dont think he was dumb enough 2 give the SSN.

I already asked this but i still dont get it. Women hate uncircumcised men and wont have anything to do with them. There are no medical benefits to circumcision (if you dont believe me read my last question) and it reduces sensitivity by 50%. How would women like it if there clitoral hood were routinely removed like in africa. Then how would they like it if men called women with clitoral hoods dirty. God i hate this country.

My husband and I are always fighting about his friends. They are at our house about two nights a week until three in the morning. He doesn't even ask me if it is alright or if I wanted to go do something. They are loud and drink and it really gets on my nerves. I hate it on Fridays bc I have to work on Sat. and I can't get any sleep. I feel like he needs to grow up and not party every Fri and Sat night. Oh he plays poker on Wed and doesn't come home until two and I lose sleep. It really p***** me off. He says at least I am home drinking. What should I do? We can't even go anywhere and of course I am the only female out of 10 people.

Why is circumcision still routinely performed on 90% of baby boys in America???? They claim that it reduces urine tract infections. In European countries, most boys arnt circumcised and they do not have a higher instance of UTI's than American boys do. Then they say it reduces your chances of getting an STD. Once again European men do not have a higher instance of STD's than American men do. Finally they claim it lowers your chances of getting penile cancer which it doesnt. It does however lower sensitivity by 50% and when the procedure goes wrong its catastrophic to the boy. Why cant women accept men's bodies the way they are. How would women like it if we started routinly removing womens clitoral hoods like they do in Africa.

My husband verbally abuses me, and we have 3 kids. 2 girls (14,12) and son (5). The girls are kinda on his side, but my son doesn't know what to do. It upsets my kids to hear him yell at me, and no matter what I do everything is my fault.

I have been reading a lot of questions on here about cheating spouces. When a man says he cheated on his wife, he gets called the scum of the earth and is riduculed like hell. When a woman says she cheats on a man however, they tell her how she just has to show her husband that she still loves him and that he will get over it eventually. If a woman cheated on me i would never speak to her again. Why isnt the woman ridiculed like the man??????

We have known each other only for a few days, but I have made up my mind to ask her to marry me. Here's the plan: I have a house under construction and it's nearing completion. I haven't told her anything about the house. I am thinking of taking her to the house, have her open the front door, show her around, ask her if I can hold her hand and propose.

Ques:

1. It will be around the middle of December that I'll be taking her to the place. Is 2 months of knowing each other a little too early?
2. I went through a lot of difficulties during the process of house construction... loan approval, land acquisition, etc, and I didnt borrow a single penny from my Dad or my friends. I cut down on my personal expenses, lived on a strict budget, and it has finally paid off. I wish to share this with her when I am showing her around the house because I want her to know. Will it sound like I am bragging or is it alright?
3. Should I keep the ring box closed or open when giving it to her

I've been seeing this guy for four mths. now. we are in our early thirties so we've had a decent, mature relationship. I just broke up with him because honestly I got jealous. He and his ex-girlfriend have a two yr. old daughter together. They go to the fair together and all sorts of stuff. I never said anything b/c I didn't want him to think that I wasn't understanding of his daughter. But, lately his ex calls him about everything and he runs to her, breaking plans with me, and so forth. I feel like I'm an outsider. When I broke up, I just told him that he was too busy for me and I played it off really cool. He tried twice that same day to get back together but I was firm. Now, I feel I made a mistake because I miss him so much. He hasn't called back and I'm wondering if he will???

I love breast milk!!! LOVE IT!! It doesn't taste like cow milk. However, my wife says that her breastmilk is for the baby not me. She has got really mad at me lately because I have been taking her bottled pumped breastmilk and pouring it in my cereal in the mornings, but the way I see it is that she has two breasts. One could be for me and the other could be for the baby. She doesn't see it that way. What can I do?

Am I right to think bad of him for this? All he says is he "doesn't want to get involved" yet won't give a straight answer as to why. The case is to get access to my 2 boys who've always regarded him as an uncle & he's seen them since my ex started refusing me access when she moved her new guy into their home. I respect his wish not to testify for either side, but why can't he be honest & upfront about the reason why?

I could go on forever, but lets just say that the last year has been an annus horriblis. I lost my home to foreclosure, had falling outs with several close ( I thought) friends, had an affair with a younger man who broke my heart even though he made me feel so good and made so many promises, started drinking to much and generally screwing up. I am a middle aged woman with a long suffering husband of 9 years. I am trying to hold it together, but it is getting harder and harder. I miss the friends I thought they were, but the rational part of me realizes that they were just partying buddies, not true friends.I feel so alone and betrayed, even though I have a husband who loves me, he is getting tired of the miserable me. I miss these people who obviously don't miss me.
