I am on probation and my P. O. said I cant live with my wife but I can still see her. I was on probation before I even met my wife

Well - that would depend on what the judge wrote in your probation order.

"no unlawful contact with Jane Doe" - do not assault Jane Doe.
"do not live with Jane Doe" - sounds clear to me.

So, if you are spending nights with Jane Doe - you are violating probation.

If you sleep at Jane Doe's house during the day and work nights - you are still violating probation.

If you have no place to live and Jane Doe has agreed to take you in - perhaps you need to revisit that condition of probation. However, you may be too late.

Since we don't know what condition of probation prevents you from living with your wife, "Jane Doe," - all of this is speculation.
