I have been reading a lot of questions on here about cheating spouces. When a man says he cheated on his wife, he gets called the scum of the earth and is riduculed like hell. When a woman says she cheats on a man however, they tell her how she just has to show her husband that she still loves him and that he will get over it eventually. If a woman cheated on me i would never speak to her again. Why isnt the woman ridiculed like the man??????

Not to argue or anything but I think you have it backwards.
First of all people who cheat during a relationship are only hurting themselves no matter how much they may have enjoyed the moment. So if what u believe is true you already have your revenge.
As a woman I have noticed men are the notorious cheats.
Worse yet is when a woman tries to tell another woman her boyfriend/husband tried to make a move, she herself the innocent victim of unwanted perversion-get's blamed.
I realize on both counts it's not right either way. You have the right idea about never speaking to her again but don't let your idea about this influence you to be controlling over any women you are with.
Just a suggestion-you sound smart already. It seems faithful people are rare.

I take it you haven't been reading my answers here very long. Anyone that cheats is scum. Men cheat because they like sex. Women cheat because they crave romance, emotions, excitement and passion. Whatever the reasons it is wrong, it defiles all trust and destroys familes. Cheaters should all be lashed and thrown into a sewer where they belong.

It's not a question of being acceptable or not. Cheating is cheating but we got to look at the big picture. That means the reasons that drove them to cheat, men or women. Aside from the fact that most men cheat because of lust, they like most women do cheat because they are not receiving or getting or feel any love from their respective spouse. I cheated too because my husband was verbally abusing me and putting me down all the time. Eventually i returned to him because of my commitment to my kids. I am not saying that i am right but look at the big picture. There are reasons beyond our control that drive us there. Everyone deserves to be happy at least once and even for a very short time. At least i got the chance to be deliriously happy for a brief time with my lover and i don't regret that. So, don't judge but listen and accept.

In polygyny, the man is not only dividing his financial resources among multiple women, he is dividing his time. The children will not get as much time with a father figure, and everyone knows how important that is. :D In polyandry, the man would be spending his financial resources on a child that is not his, but the child would have a steady and loving father figure. Financial aspect: polygyny wins Child raising aspect: polyandry wins I dislike both equally but because of the fact it is a relationship of more than 2 people.

You are not hip to the American culture. Women can cheat and it is okay. And men who cheat are jerks. Why ? Because women, 99% of the time cheat because their man is not being loving or romantic with her. Men cheat because their pen*s takes over their brain. Men need little reason to cheat. Women do it for a reason .. they are craving love that they are not receiving at home. I let women off the hook. Don't like it ? Cry me a river. Good Luck ! :)

they are just as fast to tell a woman off too! i have seen her called whore an slut by many on here...so it does go both ways for the scum who is brave enough to ask thier questions on here.

I've read just the opposite.... woman are sluts, whores ect. And the guy uses the "my wife doesn't understand me" and "I'm the perfect husband and she doesn't appreciate me" crap.... and somehow that makes it ok. So.... keep reading, you'll see the other side of the coin.
