My partner and I broke up our relationship, and I moved back home. Since then she has sold her house and moved elsewhere. I still had some belongings at her house before she moved, but she wouldn't let me collect them. She has now told me that she has none of my belongings in her possession. My belongings were not at the house she moved out of, because I checked this out with the new owners. Now if she has disposed of my belongings without telling me, Has she broken the Law.

My ex did not do anything to have a relationship with our child for 4 years. About a yr. ago he started playing every nasty trick in the book, including putting false charges against me. He got married about a yr. ago & apparently the wife wants an insta child. He is over 30k in arrears in cs. He's now filed in civil court not for visititaiton but SOLE custody claiming I'm unfit but with NO specifics. I'm a GOOD MOM! I've go school admin & many friend s& family who will attest to me being a good mom & my husband is a wonderful step dad. Anyway, I have major surgery coming up & I do have a chronic kidney disease but these things DO NOT keep me from doing whatever our daughter needs. I just want to know if he can sucessfully use this info. (if he learns it) to take her away. She does NOT even know him or his wife & is very happy where she is....

Ok, not the exact same question as before, but still struggleing to please my wife!! She says I do not show her love as a man should love a woman. She says she knows that I "care" about her, and I "take good care" of her. I try to get her to tell me exactly what is it that she wants that I don't do, but she says that I have to figure that out myself and that "if I really love her" I will find a way to figure out what is it that I "don't do or say" to make her feel that I love her.
MEN: what do you do that makes your wife "feel" that you love her?
WOMEN: What does your husband/boyfriend do that makes you
"feel" that he loves you?

I'd love to hear a man's perspective...

My husband has SO much on his plate and is extremely OVER stressed. I feel so bad and am looking for something that I could that's special for him...something to surprise him and spoil him. We don't have a whole lot of money, so that's a concern in coming up with this idea..thanks in advance for your input.

My ex says I'm very hostile although I feel I'm just still finding the situation painful and hard to even look him in the eye. But we both feel that the children's stomach aches may be a result of their sensitivities to the tensions between us.

My husband gets so mad if I dont sleep with him. I try to be there for him - but sometimes I am not in the mood - and he doesnt help it by asking things like - let me hit it - are you going to give me some. Sure it only lasts a minute. (yes I have tried to make him slow down) But I feel used, he doesnt do anything to make me want him. He says its my duty as a wife.

I was listening to a woman talk about all those african and middle eastern women who get there genitals mutilated for religious reasons. She then went on to say how men are responcible for all this and that men should just accept womens bodys the way they are. I agree. But how can you sit there and blame it all on men when 90% of American boys genitals are mutilated during circumcision. Why cant women accept mens bodys the way they are. I see a double standard here. And although some men support circumcision, women have the baby and ultimatly are the ones who have to choose if it happens.

My best friend lost her daughter almost 2 years ago. Now she is married to a good guy who takes care of her son she already had and their daughter they had together. She is just now being affected by the death of her daughter and she has been very suicidal. They put her in a mental hospital and she is now feeling alot better but she wants to divorce her husband and get rid of her kids. Never wanting to see them again. I know how it feels to be abandoned by my mom. I hate her for it now. My friend keeps asking me for advice and i don't know what to say. I want her to be happy but i don't want her kids and her husband to be messed up forever because she is being selfish and just doesn't want to be tied down anymore. And i know she doesn't because she has cheated on her husband 3 times now and they have just been together a little over a year. any advice on what to say to her.

What do your partner have to do to get you in the mood?
Do you have to fight?
Do you have to cuddle?
Must he rub your back?
Do you want her to cook you something special?
Can your partner still turn you on.

i'm an illegal immigrant ,.recently divorced with two kids. I couldnt afford an attorney,..because i didnt contest the divorce,..the judge said i was in 'default' and awarded her sole custody,..with supervised visitation,...and she is allowed toleave the state with my kids whenever she wants. I have been demanded to pay child support of $ 1,040 a month and have been currently unemployed for almost two years due to my illegal immigration status. I earnt great money one year and the judge based my support from that.I dont have that job anymore because of my status.I was additionally dragged into criminal court for domestic abuse. That was a ploy to get custody and was thrown out.,...i cannot see my children,..have arranged with the ex several times,..but at the last minute she backs out. I originally defaulted in my supervised visitation,..because after several attempts to call,..all i got was an answering machine,...the judge frowned upon that and gave supervised visitation again, advice?

Yesturday I went to the store and as I come out, I saw to gentlemen that were trying to tie a big big box on top of a small car. I was driving our big truck and just sat watching them and deciding wether to offer my help or not. They looked trustworthy so I offered to take the box to their house and they were really thankful because they were afraid of maybe getting a ticket. I told my husband and he went mad. He said that I should not be talking to strangers, specially if they were man and I am a young lady with our son and that I did not know were they lived at. He said that they should not be buying stuff they could not fit in their cars. I was so dissapointed because I kinda knew he was going to get mad but I just wanted to tell him, it happens that the guys lived in front of one of his co-workers, and anyways I had not done anything wrong. So he is mad. Is he right or I am I wrong for helping strangers?
