You should be able to go to the county courthouse where they were filed and request the records. Beware -- mine have disappeared numerous times in the past -- I even had to provide a copy to the judge and the rest of the court while attending a hearing because that portion of the records had mysteriously disappeared. (Make copies of any of your own important papers and send them to people you know for safe keeping, if necessary.)

When you request a copy, you usually need to state your intentions, etc. I do not know if the information is available online.
