Normal. A good nurse is a good caregiver, and most impressionable young men are interested in finding a good caregiver -- it is one of the signs of a good woman to love. I assume it to be the same for a female patient towards a male nurse as well.

But not "Florence Nightingale Effect or syndrome" , which is:
"wherein a nurse falls in love with her patient. While there is no evidence of Nightingale ever falling in love with a patient, it is referred to as such because of her great love and caring for all of her patients. See URL below.

I think it's called the "Florence Nightengale" effect. It happens due a person feeling a connection to a care giver over a prolonged period of time. Not necessarily a feeling of love, but one of deep admiration (for the care and kindness shown).
