He wants 50/50, I would prefer 75/25 in my favor, but it sounds like if I don't agree with him we're going to launch into some custody battle which I don't want. I want to do what's healthiest for my daughter, who's only 3. Are there any suggestions on how to split up the time effectively that's best for both parties but isn't too damaging for the kids?

June left, no warning just left, bought loads of young clothes lost loads of weight and started staying out all night with people half her age. Im want her home, im trying to give her time and space, but worry what she will do in the interim, (ie, sleep with someone else). She says we are both single now and what she does is non of my business, cant accept that which is selfish of me but im in love with her as i have been for 23 years. I cant and wont let her go, and will physically damage anyone interferring with my wife

I have been married for nearly 15 years... to a kind, gentle, loving man. He told me so many times that he loved me, would never leave me or his children, would always take care of us. Then, last year, him and his dad restored this corvette. He got a new haircut, started dressing trendier and then low and behold, he's seeing someone.

I had always told myself that I would never let a man cheat on me, I would break-up/divorce him right away, but with him, I have always been willing to forgive. This whole thing is just heartwrenching. He filed for divorce nearly 4 months ago and since we have so much financial stuff to work out, it's taking forever for the divorce to be final. He has practically moved in with his new g/f and her 4 kids; treats them to dinner, little trips and so forth while the kids and I struggle to make sense of all of this.

I feel like I have nobody, both of my parents have passed and my 2 best friends have no experience with divorce. What do I do?

In July my husband went on vacation with two of his male friends. I found out that they took three women from the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. He's says nothing happened between him and this woman. However they had been emailing and text messaging each other for almost 2 months afterwards, now it has stopped. I confronted him with this a couple of days ago. He says he didn't do anything and has never cheated on me, even though he has have numerious chances and thinks about effing women all the time. I told him that thinking about having sex with another woman is halfway there and he will eventually do it. Am I wrong about this? And should I believe him when he says that nothing happened?

My wife does not show love but she says she loves me. She said she does not want a divorce but acts like we are just friends. Whenever I want to express my love to her, she is not receptive. I feel like just a house mate. Any thoughts?

A good friend of mine is having a very difficult time recovering from his divorce. His ex-wife initiated the divorce and their children live with her (he shares custody, but they live with their mother). He is depressed and angry. Due to his occupation, he cannot undergo therapy and cannot take medication. He just seems stuck in a cycle of depression, anger. It's been 2 years and he seems only marginally better.

My ex wife told me our marriage didn't mean anything because we were married at a registry office (she was unfaithful but, like a fool, I let her divorce me for unreasonable behaviour).

The next girlfriend I had accused me of not being grown up enough because I was upset when she met someone else.

Then the next girlfriend I had told me that I was crap in bed and our relationship was the biggest mistake of her life.

So was I just unlucky, did I marry a skank and date one too many b1tches?

Being a very bad judge of character, I'm not in a hurry to meet anyone else now.

Hi all, I need help because I am at a crossroad here. I have a boyfriend that I have been in an intimate relationship over 2 years.
I think I found my husband, no I know know I found him. But we are having problems in the friend department. I have some friends that I have been cool with for a year or so....co-workers.
I am glad were are friends because I really didnt have too many.
We hang alot and have fun. But my boyfriend is from my hometown but he works out of state but not too far because we can drive back and forth to see each other, which we have. But he doesnt like the fact that my friends are single and they go out alot he thinks they dont respect our relationship, he doesnt mind us goin out but he doesnt like that we go bar-hopping, he says we should do something else. Because of his work I see him 2 or 3 times a month. I dont like how he wants all of my attention when he comes home even if I want to do something with my friends. Continuing on next line!!!

Getting a devorce and my husband and his girlfriend are stalking me, making false reports to dhs, calling my boss trying to get me fired. I feel it is time to repay the favor and start causing them some hell since they seem to enjoy doing it to others. My husband owns a body shop and his girlfriend works in a nursing home. I was thinking of turning him in to the epa or something like that how ever I just don't really know what to tell them. If you have any suggestions on anything to repay these 2 I'd like to hear it

my wife volunteers at the old age home near our house... i think she bathes old men or something stupid like that.

if she wants to bathe someone, why doesnt she just stay at home and do it for me?

im sure this will satisfy her "washing" fetish, and i wont have to give her permission to leave the house all the time.

I have been married for 5 years , my wife and i have had many problems . She was very possesive and jealous in the beginning . About a year a go we started going to a casino and lost around 30 thousand dollars . I got over gambling 6 month a go but she continued going until a month a go . Our sex life was almost non existent during this crazy gambling period. About 2 weeks a go i discovered she was cheating on me with another man . She has changed her apperance (new clothing , underware, perfum,) something she had forgotten due to the gambling addiction which took too much of her time . I am trying to work things out and nothing seems to work . She does not want to have sex with me, acts very cold , distant , critical . I am very sad and want her back since i still love her . Please help!
