From a Ministers view point I can honestly say i have truly sought out an answer to that question. So many folks have ask me about it, therefore it warrants an honest answer. At one time in my own life I was certain there had to be something biblically wrong with the mixing of races. I , at that time was ignorant. Scripture does not say anything at all about it. It covers beastiality, ( sex with animals and how thats an abomination, it discusses mixing animal (types of differing animals with another animal.) It discusses Obeying your parents so that you may have a long life. Moses even married an Ethiopian woman who obviously was of the dark pigmentation race. The Bible discusses how parents are not to cause their children to become discouraged or cause them undue strife.
Could children of mixed races have strife in life, Well I know for a fact that several friends I`ve had over the years had a hard time growing up because the Black race did not reckognize them for being part white and the white race did the same because they were part african american. Is that a reason not to marry inter racially? I have had to realize that men and women are of equal standing and that one is not lesser than the other. Yet I stil see it and yes even in the churches it goes on sometimes not really planned, but so much recognition of the particular race events and separated racial statements make it an uncomfortable thing for someone of another race to sit in a congregation and not feel stigmatized. I visited a church just afew weeks ago that had a dynamic black minister yet every single speaker was speaking on black events and black history and everywhere I turned I was blacked in so to speak. Arent we to be color blind especially in the Church. And Yes there are other race churches that do the same thing by the way. As a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ I know first hand that we first are people regardless of color and deserve to be able to fellowship with any race we choose. Kids I challenge you though,,, be respectful of the parents and have patience with them. Some of the closest friends I now have are black and hispanic females. I love`em and see no problem with being romantically involved with the other races as long as it is done out of respect and in order.

According to biblical law, there are NO prohibitions against black men and white women marrying, particually because the majority of the participant characters in the bible were all brown to begin with. There ARE distinct prohibitions against what we would call interfaith marriages now, as the Old Testament outlines a number of rules in regard to Jewish/Gentile marriages.

The Bible says that Moses married "an Ethiopian woman", which is generally to be considered a black woman. It is acceptable in the site of God in my opinion and the way I interpret the Bible.

1st off in the bible, you were called by where you were from not by the color of your skin... See in those times, race was not the issue.... Yes, Moses married a Ethiopian and the issue here was not her color, it was because she was not Hebrew... Who's to say her and Moses were not the same color? Solomon married woman from all over that area and yes, they came in different hues (colors). So no, God has no problem with it, only MAN and man has been proven to be wrong time and time again

Yes, interracial marriage is alright with God. It's not God who places negative connotation on interracial marriage, it's man.

If I'm not mistaken, Moses was an Israelite and his wife was black (African). That's the only example I know of. I hope it helps.

U should be more concerned about the way a person treats you rather then the color of their skin. A jerk comes in all colors.
