How should I conduct mself in the courtroom? It is a family law case,. is it possible to find an attorney to represent me " pro-bono"?

do i have to split them down the middle even if my name is not on the account? and what about college loans...am i responsible for helping her pay them off even if my name is no where on the paperwork?????

My husband has a bad temper, in the last wo years he has thrown things acroos the room, punched the steering wheel in his car, thrown his wedding ringat me, hit in a bag of potato chips and dumped it all over my living room floor, raised his voice, cursed at me, told me to shut up (he's in the Marine Corp)...and he has said he only does this with me, not anyone else. He says he never acts like this with anyone else, I make him act like this...but the other day he was talking with the Wells Fargo people about the car payment got upset with the lady (because she would not let him talk) and he told her to shut up and hung up on her. This is the first time I had seen him do this to others besides myself.....he was blaming he for his behavior, but is the problem just him?

A friend of mine asked me if these are the signs when a husbands best friend has the hots for the wife. My friend is confuse and worried.
Her husband's best friend made a misterious call to her cell phone, she cought him staring at her many times, when she hands something out him, he would try to touch her hands.
If these are the signs of him liking her, should she tell her husband, or just keep it to herself not to cause problems betweent the husband and best friend?

I would at least like to meet them! I have no problem with her having male friends as long as they are not Meth Addicts. I am not trying to be her father just her husband who cares about her safety! I have two men in my life. One who I have a long history with and a child. One whom I love with all my heart but we seem to have a lot of past issues to work through. And want so bad to get past our old conflicts. The second man is a good man with a lot of potential. He is nice and a little shy, but sometimes acts like a child. I feel close to him in a friendly way. I do not get the sparks I get with the first one. But with the second man we do not have to many conflicts. I also have a child with second one. I love both just in two very different ways. #1 guy, Is the type of love you feel electricity run through your veins. #2 guy is comfortable . So who do I choose. I have child whith each, and when I have sex with #1 its electric. But dont really have romantic attraction to #2. But he is still good man. OK, let's say that she's definitely NOT in the mood to have sex. Joe's a good man who won't cheat, and he's not going to try to pressure her into it. Would the Average Jane mind if her husband masturbates, or would she feel slighted, or even disgusted? Let's face it, he has sexual needs regardless as to whether she's in the mood or not, and he wants a good night sleep and a fulfilling day tomorrow. Would women mind?

My husband filed for a divorce a few months ago. I still want to be with him. He still tries to have sex everytime I see him. When I don't he makes me feel guilty and says that I don't want to be with him and that I don't enjoy sex with him. My wife's place of employment is less than 1/4 mile from where we live. There are no busy streets or hazards between our house and her work. She usually has someone pick her up, but this person called in sick. I am off work at 3:30am, in bed by 5am. She needs to be at work by 7am. I refused to get out of bed and drive her to work and now she is mad and not speaking to me. Am I wrong?

he never shows me his phone anymore ( he did before)!
He loves 2 bring his mom to the movies with us ( she is too attached to him) <---thats really annoying!
He is always moody and bitchy

ok, ladies, my ex husband wants me back, even tho we have been divorce for 6 yrs now, yes we have kids but all is fine with them. I have moved on to a better man who treats me as his princess. and gives me all i want emonitally and phy.
