That's really sick of him to do so. No, don't agree to such things, what about your independence?

Yeah, well I think you should do what he says, within reason. As long as he is not being overbearing and demanding and is just asking,as a courtesy to meat your friends. I hope you don't have a lot of male friends and are not a flirt. You don't need his approval (only acceptance) but you don't need to prove anything either; except that you love him and he didn't make the wrong choice in marrying you!

You have to respect your husband's wishes. If he doesn't feel comfortable with you talking to other guys, then don't. Unless you like the idea of being divorced. Is it really going to kill you to find female friends? Honestly, guys that aren't willing to meet your husband don't intend to honor your marriage vows. So you are setting yourself up to cheat, your husband knows it cause he knows guys. Accept it, and find friends your husband agrees with.

Plan a social event and invite your male and female friends. Your husband is free to mix and mingle with all your friends. If he wants to conduct interviews with the males, you've got problems.

Does he have female friends? If so, how do you feel about him talking to other women you don't know? I think he has the right to meet the men you are buddy buddy with. After all, he is your husband and he loves you.

1. Because he's not stupid.
2. If you think you are still single and can run around meeting other men, then you are not very good marriage material.
3. You need to rethink this one. Tell a total stranger this, but don't say it's about you, and get their take. I bet they say she needs to grow up and mature.
Good luck.

i agree with you.
It sounds like you have a jealous husband. But he is at least reasonable enough to want to meet your male friends. you should introduce him to some of them.

Maybe he just wants to know the friends that u have so that he can maybe hang out with them too. I don't think that it has anything to do with jealousy it just maybe so that u have something in common

It sounds like your husband needs you to be pals purely with people who can get him drugs. It doesnt sound like he cares that lots approximately you or the marriage. yet once you do and you nevertheless prefer to have male pals do it purely shop it to your self.

His desire to meet your male friends is understandable, his ordering you not to talk to them without his prior approval is not.
You are as free as he is. (I hope).
