he never shows me his phone anymore ( he did before)!
He loves 2 bring his mom to the movies with us ( she is too attached to him) <---thats really annoying!
He is always moody and bitchy
He is never horny (is it because he is 30? i am 10 yrs younger)
He is always depressed bc of his financial troubles.
He refuses 2 answer doubts i have about him!
He refuses 2 answer why he lied to me and sent marriage papers 2 get his greencard through his ex! which she did not "authorize" supposedly!
He refuses to answer weather she went on for the divorce w/o him!
well I as you can see I am so afterhim and I have a problem!
I wouldnt ask if he would just be honest he lies about everything like i asked him where was he , he said he was at target and so i drove to take movie rentals and saw him with his guy cousin at a sushi bar blockbuster is right next to it...what an idiot! I dont get it! He can be really sweet 2 me and supportive but there are times where I just want a normal guy! help!

Let's look at the picture from the outside looking in. Here's a guy who stays elusive and lies to a confused girlfriend. Here's the answer: Get out now before you find more skeletons in his closet. You should also question his incentives for staying in a relationship which he shows no interest in improving. Another greencard, maybe? Regardless, the fact that he flat out refuses to come clean with you leads me to believe he's not worth the web of lies and deceit. Let him go and run for your life! He needs space and time to come to terms with the web of lies he has woven from his past and with you.
P.S. Wait until he's asleep to collect phone numbers from his phone. Call them up and see if a female answers. Don't say anything at all. From there, I would secretly follow him to his whereabouts. Sometimes we need the proof in the pudding to be at peace with letting go. It will also give you closure and reasons for him not being sexually interested in you anymore.

Take it from someone who dealt with crap like this for the last 7 yrs. RUN, RUN, RUN while you can. Nothing is worth dealing with the constant lies. My husband lies so much about even stupid little things that don't matter that he gets confused on what he is saying. It is SO annoying, childish and ridiculous!
Get out while you can.

Well, your guy obviously isn't telling you the truth all the time, thats one reason alone to break up with him, plus all the other facts. I know this may be hard, but I would recomend you break up with him...you are young, and once people realize your no longer going with him you will start getting other interested guys.
Then there's the fact that he has a ex wife...If it were up to me I would NEVER marry a guy who had a previous wife, but thats just me

Sounds like he has some serious issues that you don't need to get all wrapped up in. I would just move on girl.
If a man is bi***ier than you, you know you are gonna have problems. And trust me, you don't want a boy who still NEEDS his momma.
You don't need a man who you can't trust. You don't need a man who hides things from you. If he is doing that now, what foundation do you guys build your relationship on???

I don't know l that is a lot of problems that you and him have and its mostly him doing to himself maybe you should just let him go and move on. HE is not being true full so it is hard for you trust him and if you do not have trust then the relationship can't really work.

I stoped reading at he brings his mom to the movies look it's simple DATE GUYS YOU'RE OWN AGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, this guy is old creepy and has emotional issue geez when i go out with my mom i feel embarrased it's normal to feel ashamed of your parents as you get older it sound cruel but it's the honest truth it's a vicious life cycle that some day you might go through. again very simple dump him go with guys your own age.

Seems to me he has something to hide. That is why he's closing you out and lying to you.
There are two reasons he's never horny:
1. He's getting it elsewhere
2. He's gay
