I am asking this for a friend of mine that lives in KS. (She doesnt have a computer, He got it in the divorce)
She has two children 5 and 7 and He (her ex) has been ordered to pay child support and has NOT paid one cent. What are Her rights? Her lawyer doesnt seem to be helping Her at all. Does She have to let him see the children?

I am a 33 year mother of 2 small kids who has been in a very verbally/ emotionally abusive relationship for 12 yrs, married 8. I have done everything within my power to keep our marriage together but I realize that I can't change him and he doesn't think he's doing anything wrong for him to change. He won't go to counseling with me and he keeps saying that everything is my fault and I've been a curse in his life( because i do try and stand up for myself). We are currently living together in our home which is 5 months behind on mtg. He brings home $1,000 a wk. and gives me $50 to $60 a wk. for "allowance". Mind you, I have to buy my own food and gas etc., out of that. He calls me horrible names, screams in my face and puts his "people" before me in everything. He says that he won't give me a dime more until the court makes him pay me. He bought the kids 2 cheap *** outfits for school and buys expensive things for himself. u know why he won't file, but when I do i don't want guilt.

Okay, here is goes again:
Soon to be EX wants our girls EVERY weekend, and Monday and Wednesday evenings. He is refusing to co-operate. When WE worked on the divorce papers, we sat down together and figured out custody and support. Now after the papers have already been filed, he says he wont pay that much, that he cannot afford it. He says that his overtime DOES NOT count as income, and his second job doesn't count as income either. He is just going by an hourly rate at 40 hours a week. He has now presented me with 3 new child support worksheets that I could choose from. This is just showing that it has nothing with him wanting to see the girls, he just doesn't want to pay. HELP!!! I need legal advise. He says he has a lawyer. I cannot afford one.

He was emailing other woman,asking for photo's and talking dirty...you get the idea....
Telling one girl he loved her still and wants to meet her in Europe! He is in Iraq,and we were just married this year!!! If I can't trust him now,should I move on? Our divorce was final in March. I had to have him arrested for harrassment in April. He called and e-mailed day in and day out. I changed my phone number. He calls me at work. He sends flowers and gifts. He still e-mails. He is dragging me back to court to try and have our divorce set aside. I have begged and pleaded for him to stop and he won't. I don't answer the e-mails and I hang up when he calls and he still keeps going!!! WHY??!!

me and my husband just had our first baby and my husband really wanted a baby and now he is really depressed he even thought and considered leaving me and we were always really happy before the baby came and now he doesnt do anything with the baby he plays with him for like 10 min and then gives him back the baby is 6 months old and the longest he has kept him is like 30 min maybe. he doesnt have any attatchment to the baby and now all he wants to do is party and of course I dont do any of that not that because I cant ever get him to watch the baby for me he is out. and he said he works all of the time but I work and he should want to spend time with the baby I dont know what to do.

My husband and I have a 3 year old little girl. I'm filing for divorce on Friday. He is a drunk, and abuser(physically and emotionally). I'm currently a full-time student and work full time nights. I am forced due to spousal support, to leave where I am living, and will be renting a bedroom somewhere, with my kid 50% of the time. The irony is, that I was the responsible parent, and always paid the bills, etc. Now I have a Apt. full of stuff, and have to move. She gets most of the furniture. My husband told me that he wants me 100% in foreplay, but tells me that legs, arms, neck, and head only count as a little. We have 2 smaller dogs (pugs) and my wife has made it quite clear that she wants a labradoodle. Sh works long hours, we are trying to have kids, and I don't think we can devote the necesary time. I left a 5 yr relationship with the father of my 3yr old, I always felt he was cheating and not faithful, yet he seemed to blame me as if I made things up and did not admit to him being wrong. Not coming home and suspeccting sexual relationships when he would drink, well I moved out a month ago and stopped by one morning to pick up my baby's shoes find out he has someone else there ( he never let me in, but i waited and saw another woman leave with him) I had my daughter so I did not want drama. He claims he had guy friends over and she was with them. I went back after they left and saw book with her Driver's licence and #, I called to get ansers and she states it's nothing serious but this was not her first time their, he still denies having anything to do with her.... why does it still hurt knowing that I always suspected but never caught him and now that I'm gone he still can't admit it?How can I get over this jerk but yet keep my daughter in mind.

hellol,my great grandfather 's second marriage (to my great grandmother) was bigamy, i.e. he did not have a divorce from his first wife, but I can't find any record of the wedding, would it be struck from the records or should I be able to find it in the register of births marriages and deaths? the year of the marriage was approx. 1919? i' 'm looking on 1837 online.com for a wedding between thomas arkley and sarah draffin. also would it be reported in the press? family legends says he served 6 months in prison for this crime? any info gratefully received, thanks amanda

i ask my man to help me all the time he wont budge and then i try the angry approach like, you better get in there and do those dishes or ill make your week miserable, doesnt work. ive been nice,mean,ive even gone on strike and let the house go. he really is a good man he just bought me a new jeep . but we both work and i just dont have the time to "do it all". getting a new man is not an option for me for im pretty happy.
