It depends on your girl. If she is sexually starved then yes it is certain that the springs will be singing. If she is a closed leg type lady then it depends on how much she has to drink. So if I was you I would assume the worst. By the way why aren't you going to supervise their activities. Maybe you could make a suprise visit and hopefully not see that which you fear.

If he is her boyfriend then it is safe to assume she is sleeping with him so why wouldn't she continue to do so on a trip

I would leave her because she is cheating on you. she does not take her vows to heart, she does not love you because someone who has a boyfriend does not love you.
