my wife and i were going to get divorced, first we had the same lawyer because it was uncontested, and we are on good terms. but the other day i got a served with divorce papers. she got her own lawyer and wanted it done right away, i am between jobs and i am afraid i can't get the house refinanced because she stopped making payments when she moved out and said i could have it. so i am a little behind on my payments and jobless. how can i delay the divorce until i get a job and get caught up on my payments?

When my fiance and I go out somewhere, why is it that he has to stare at other women. I know that men look, that is natural. But why do you have to make is obvious? He will look at other women, look away and have to look right back. He always says that he was making sure that he does not know her. He is supposed to know her by her ***, or her chest? It makes me feel like I am not good enough for him and it really does hurt. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this?

Even if she has 2 already who are 13 & 17. She would have to have her tubal ligation reversed. She is 34 and her husband is 35.
My friend's husband decided that he wants more children and my friend says that she is going to have at least one more if she can to please him. She says that he is her husband and sometimes a wife has to make sacrifices to please her husband. She says that she is not looking forward to starting all back over but she will if it makes him happy. She told me this while we were taking our daily 3 mile walk and I was just quiet. She adores her husband although he has cheated in the past and has 2 children outside of their marriage to show for his infidelities. She welcomes his illegitimate children into their home and believes that his philandering days are over. I don't know and I don't care to find out. She keeps talking about this as if she wants me to agree with her but I can't, so I keep quiet. What do you think?

I am a divorced woman for the last 2 1/2 years. I have been dating a man whom I've know for over 20 years(he's divorced also) We have been dating for almost 1 year.
Problem:
He can't seem to let go of his ex-wife. He tell's me the only reason he spends time with her is because of the kids. They want her to join them when they go to a movie,out to dinner etc.

No one fells out from love , they fell out from commitment.Today no lifetime commitment in marriage anymore . Hey I been in an abruseful marriage so I know what it is all about but that is no excuse to get a divorce. Marriage is UNTIL DEATH. When you speak those words " TILL DEATH DO US PART " that is exactly what it means. Honor the sanctity of marriage all of us have to do. My husband { Paul Heinz } was the one who filed for that coward 's way out divorce from OUR ORDAINED marriage God joined in the first place because for 5 years now he is in adultery with my x-best friend. Also both of them are abusing our children because they know that they are doing adultery which is agaisnt God totally. My 2 children who r with me do NOT ever be apart their Father's adultery life and the other child does not want to have any part of her sister , her brother & my life. That teen is giving major problems for Paul now , I knew that she would. Paul could care less for our children & me , it shows.

My husband and I bought a new home in Jan- our home is far from his job, so he now takes the train in. He has made alot of new train friends- and one of them being a woman. He is a nice guy, but not overly friendly(not outgoing) She invited us to her home for a bar b que, my husband was super excited by his new friend and we just had to go, like too excited. Since then I hear little stories about her every now and then. About 3 weeks ago, I started feeling very uneasy about my husbands actions. he started
1.showering in the morning and bathing at night
2.leaving his cell phone behind never bringing it home
3.being super nice, taking me on dates
4. acting super suspiocious about me?
I was like humm my womans intuition starting going crazy.
so i deceided to check into this. last weekend, he actually
brought his cell phone home plus the cell phone his job gave him. as usual there was nothing in his personal cell phone, but in his work phone was ms. nice train lady's number...

I can't believe that men think that they can't be the same person they were before they got married. The only change you have to make is stop sleeping with other women. If that is the problem then maybe you don't need married. I believe that once you ask a woman to marry you she is supposed to be the only woman for you.
