just for love or for making a poor baby without knowing??????!!

I have a friend.She is married for 3 years and also gave birth to their child recently. Theirs was an inter-caste marraige. My friend doesn't like her in-laws and she left her house as being guided by her mother. Now she is at her mothers place. She didn't tell me about this. I came to know all this from her husband. She told me that after her delivery she has gone to Mom's place to take rest for few months. She doesn't even call or SMS her husband but SMS/calls me. Now her husband is tensed and he calls me to make her understand. What do I do? What do I tell my friend?
I want her to go back to her in-laws, coz they are really nice people. How do I make my friend understand, what shall I tell her, how do I convince her?


Plz dont tell me that leave all that for her husband. Coz they stopped communicating. I am the source, what should say, or shud I explain to my friend?

That is why the divorce rate is so high in this day and age. It is so shameful people are leaving their lifetime commitment , ordained marriages to have adultery sex with someone else instead of their true spouse. That is so sick !! That is why the country is felling apart here so fast.

I have a court date setup for child custody mediation for my kids (age 4 and age 11 months), and was wondering if anyone who went through this same proccess had any insight or ideas on what I should ask, I know I need to be ready before I go, and I wont have a lawyer....I've thought of a few rules I would try to mediate with my ex, they are below, if anyone has anything to add, or help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm going to request:

- Joint Custody
- Neither of us can move more then 60 miles away without the other parents permission
- Copys of all progress reports, and report cards from school
- Anytime the child is hospitlized she MUST contact me
- I'm going to include who has what holidays and what times
- Be informed and included on all school meetings
I can't think of to much more, so if anyone has anything else please help! Thanks for youre time in reading this.

I love my wife and I am ready to die for her. She chooses not to live with me in the present country where I am staying because she does not like that country. I am heart broken and at the same time if I choose to live where my wife wants us to live then I will have to sacrifice my Job / career and go back to a lower level in my job / career. This would not only affect us financial but also emotionally. At the same time I believe that once we are married we have to work our very best to save the marriage at any cost. I do not understand why she is so stubborn on this subject and will not even try to come and stay with me for at least a year and if things do not work out during that one year we could always look at alternatives.

I want to know how a man should lead his one & only family God gave in the first place ................... like in the attitude, in commitment , in loyality , in unconditional love , in relationships and in spiritual. The secord , third , fourth , etc marriages after divorce don't counts here ........... ONLY the first one does because they are the true ones God joined together until death.

I have been with this guy 3 years. We have a son together. He tried to sleep with my sister, then lied about it. Then he calls up his ex and asks her to come over for sex. I am far from ugly. Guys are always trying to take me out and call me just to say hi. So, should I stay with this guy or give up. I know that I could have someone else without a problem. But, I really do love him. Im 21 now, my b/f and I have been together off and on since I was 16. We had our first child, a boy, in Oct. of '04. In May of '05 he was arrested on charges I do not wish to discuss. He is still in jail, he has plead guilty, and was sentenced 5 yrs. TDC. We have talked marriage before, and after the baby, but he has really pressed the issue more now than ever. I do sometimes wonder if its only becouse he is in jail, or if he really wants to do it now becouse he just feels this is the "now" everyone waites for. Crazy I know. I love this man with all my heart, and know I will marry him eventually, but is now the time? Also, I have moved 265 miles away from the county he is currently jailed in waiting on chain. How do we get married? I would love to hear all input, from men and women.

i see lots of people having a go at some people for been on this! why do people always assume that if people are on income support then they are lazy! some people have no choice! when i split up with my ex i had no choice but to go on income support for a couple of months as i gave up work when we had are baby unaware that we would be splitting up! people really looked down on me and called me names but why? b'cos i have always worked from the age of 15 up untill i had my daughter! i have a job now but some people still call me names because i had 2 claim benifits for a short time! i want people to know that not all people are ''chavs'' cos of benifits i had no choice!

i am in the process of adoting a child, now this child is relatedt to my husband and the family is not so fond of me , i am not trying to be mean i just want to help out this child and nothing more, well i can so why shouldnt i? i mean they have made no efforts towards the children. should i continue my effort or give up? i dont want to give up !

All countries are going down hill fast because our family unit is being broken up by people who could care less for their lifetime commitment to their ordained soulmate & values. God gave the 10 commandments to give you pleasure because he knows that nobody can live in peace & harmony if people are going around killing each other. A family unit that is so important to God and SOCIETY CANNOT STAY INTACT if people are going around committing adultery. We're now reaping the whirlwind in our society of paying no attention to the commandments of God. The commandments of God are for our own good but people does not want them. We have conscience to know what is right from wrong. There is no pillow so soft as a CLEAR science. Surviveful for anyone is having a clear conscience. Hey I'm working on that all the time and I do not want to get remarry to any man until my husband dies because it is adultery. I see it around too much in our society. People could care less.That is so sad. What to do ?

Hypothetically, if I have a child with a man who makes good money but we don't get married and I don't have a serious job while we are together, and then we break up... can he have sole custody because of the money he makes where I had not had a job (except for raising the baby)? And I am a fit mother except for not making nearly as much?

Well...it's been dropped on me. Out of no where, with no signals or changes in actions or attitudes my wife of 7 years has up and said that she is no longer in love with me. None of her friends have seen this coming, she never said anything to them about her feelings, or lack of them. She said that it's be happening over the last 6 months. Again, no one, including her close friends have seen this coming. They are in shock and feel she is messing up something great. One actually went so far as to say that she didn't agree with her that she didn't love me and that she was stupid to leave me. Especially after bragging about me to her friends and coworkers so often over the last few years to just up and decide she wants out. By the way, we have 3 beautiful childeren ages 7, 5, and 3. Is it even possible to "just" fall out of love with someone? When asked why, either by me or her friends, she has no answer...not even a bad answer...just no answer. Thanks in advance.
