Been divorced now for two years all along we were never in touch,I got a phone call lately that she is in hospital and they called if I cn visit her...I am keeping our kid. I just dont want....I am I committing crimes.

We have no children together,Our house burnt down so no property to fight over,never did joint taxes,married three years.I'm about to start working so will that hurt me getting help to divorce him,Money is tight,I just want to to be done with him before he gets out.I'm living in texas now and he"s in Iowa.I've had no contact with him.does he have a right to fight it.I have no clue how to get this done.

I just got a invatation in the mail from a club where I live that is having costum party in October. I know it is a ways away, But what should I wear. I will be going with my husband and some of my g/f's in the past I have wore something sexy, but now that I am married, should I tone it down or go with the sexy outfit with my girlfriends, we usually go with a hot school girl outfit, or all dressed as sexy nurses. My husbands eyes would pop out of his head with all of us girls as he has never been with us. What should I do tone it down or give a show with my g/f's?

He left his wife of 19 years (good lady),she file for divorce for his adultery with a woman ,he immediatly starts a relationship with another old friend &moves her into his apartment during divorce procedings he is constantly talking and acting like he hates his wife for taking him to the cleaners .His emotions are all over the place a total mess because his children want nothing to do with him for all the lies ,pain and damage he cause,gets the girlfriend pregnant and hides it not even 3 months after leaving his family & during a painfull divorce trial & before leaving his fam. he will brag to everyone that since his kids are all grown he was to enjoy freedom and his $ .He did all this changes and moves withing 4 months after leaving home and wife filling for divorce ,now he is up to his neck in debt and babysitting a new baby at 46 . Two years later his wife is almost heal since she actually took time for herself and he still all angry obsess for having to pay alimony &child support

my exboyfriend used to hurt me a lot. he verbally abused me and told me really degrading things. it really lowered my self esteem and i lost a lot of weight. and to think that i was pregnant. all these continued until after i gave birth. when i left him six months after my son was born, he never gave any support to our son. he would come by once in a blue moon. and whenever he comes to our house, i have panic attacks. i tremble and i feel really cold all over. can i file for a restraining order against him? we were never married and i never asked for his support in raising my son who is now 2 years and 6 months old. please i really need your advice. thank you.

Hi i'm russel, my long term partner, colleen ( coli ) does not want to marry me purley because of my name. We have a son together, Brockley , he also is not keen for us to change anything.
I do understand her their concerns but coli says she would be embarresed if her name was called out at doctors or dentists etc.
My surname is Sprout, ok not the best name, but should it be reason enough for us not to become a familly. Her maiden name was cheaze and did not like that either, but said i can take her married name instead of mine, Florrette. I dont think names should be an issue.......

marriage? We have gone to counseling, the couselor believes I am emotionally and financially abused. My son hates my husband and I feel it is time to make a decision that is best for my son and it is to stop letting my husband put us down and get out. But is this the best solution? My husband just does not know how to be a father, let alone a husband. He is very controlling and when I ask him for $10 to pick up some items at the store he gets very angry. He won't let me work, have friends, checks the mileage on my car... and then there is my son who is blamed for everything. He has his own son from his previous and when the children argue, my son is punished. I have tried talking to him and it is ok for a day or 2 but it goes back to the same situtation. I also live 800 miles from family. I only have friends out here, would it be okay to stay with them???

Wife frequently threatens to kill herself, leave, or just says she is going to do "something". Anyone that is close to her (our son, her mother and myself) are subject to an outburst at any time. We are all very frustrated with it. On many occasions even her mother asked me to get her help, but we both know she will not admit there is a problem, let alone get help.

I was just wondering how many others husbands throw "fits" when they are mad, like when you call them on something. If my hubby looses his temper, he gets really hurtful with the things that come out of his mouth, and mean. He says I just need to leave him alone when he is mad, but I feel like my feelings are never considered then, and if he would just appoligize at the start, it wuoldn't escalate. If I say something bugged me, he will get defensive and think of a bunch of "stuff" that bugs him, which he doesn't mean because he only has a problem if I do. Other than when he gets mad, we truley have a wonderful relationship and I couldn't ask for a better man, but I am frustrated with his mean hurtfullness out of anger bull that I am just supposed to ignore.

Look ,,this is more of a comment but to all you women out there. If your husband sais your beautiful and wants to see you half naked in the evening, do it. do not cover yourself up because you have concearns about minor flaws in your body. 3 part question for the guys paying CS.

1) Does it piss you off when you see all these other guys running from their oblagations, and you get treated like sh*t at update hearings when you do your part.
2) Does it upset you when You see your money being sent in to support your child being spent on "her" other kids or boyfriends , ect, not on your child. ( I know the difference in house hold expenses too, I am talking aobut blantly wrong spending)
