My husband and I have always had money issues. We have only been together 3 1/2 yrs. and married for almost 2 of those years. What do I do ? He thinks there should be beer in the fridge before there is milk. I just dont know how much longer I can take this.

Remind him that it was "For better for worse, for richer for poorer..." May I also say that your husband is a jackdonkey! So what happened, you got married and surprised him after wards with the children? That is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard! Tell you husband to go take a flying frack. He has me so ticked off I can't even think of anything to say to help you out on this one other than leave the jerk! That and I'm sorry! My brother's a real nice guy and has a great job, loves kids and... Good luck Hon! You're going to need it. The best I can advise is to sink to his level and start withholding some of your assists (if you know what I mean) and I'm sure you can think of a reason why he should only get 25%.

he doesn't really love you, you know why i say that b/c in a relationship things are suppose to be 50, 50 not 75 25. any man that love you, i'm talking about really love you, he'll take care you and those kids out of love for you, and he'll make sure that you and the kids have what you need before he get what he need or just wants, he probably married you b/c he thought you were getting all kinds of benefits for your kids and thought he could just hop on a free train to glory. any man that thinks beer should be in the refirdge for a childs milk should, then baby you need to send him packing, b/c you can do bad by yourself. seem like to me he's all for self. i'm pretty sure he know you had kids before you married him, he's just being a ignorant man. he need a reality check when it comes to family and real love values.

When a person marries someone with children I think they should accept the responsibilities of the entire household. At the same time I think if you are getting some support for your children it should to put in for financial help.
Both of you should sit down and set priorities specially with your money.

When you married him your children became his children. There should be no difference in how they're cared for just because they are not his biological children. Before I marry a man he has to understand that my kids come with me as a package deal.Period. Your better than me cause he would have been kicked to the curb the first time that my kids weren't his top priority, but that's just me.

first of all, when he married you he also married everything that came with you. You, your children, your bills, and all of the hurt you have been through in the past.
he needs to realize that finances are something to be shared with your spouse. Bills are bills, and chidren are PEOPLE, not something to be paid for by the "responsible party". Those children are a part of you, and he needs to accept that.
Marriage is a coming together of two people, not two people living separate lives in the same proximity.

all bills should be split down the middle. Anything for your children (clothes, school etc) should come out of the support. The support money should be put in a seperate account for them. 25% of the bills does not cut it. You should move on.

Your husband's a dicck head, kick his asss to the curb, you can find someone much better. You need to find someone who will not only love you, but also your children. Either you or your children deserve to be treated like that. KICK HIS ASSS TO THE CURB. Get a newer and better model.

I'm pretty sure this is no suprise he acts this way, I'm sure he was like this and thought this way when u dated him . if so suck it up and pay up he should only pay 25% the kids ain't his if not and he lied well maybe time to move on
