Um, you failed to mention what sex you are, but I'm guessing you're male because it's NOT hard at all to make a man orgasm! lol
You have to ask her what she likes best. She has to be relaxed, at peace, very trusting, comfortable, happy, excited and WANT it. You can experiment. Move very slowly with your fingers or your tongue and always check in with her to see what she likes the best and just keep doing that.

work hard doing little things in romantic ways and be more determination to being the cows home when both of you are making love. By the way drinking boozes and doing drugs does NOT help the love making , it brings more major problems into the bed. Keep your marriage bed pure ................... : ]

Ok... Clitoral stimulation is 1 method that never seems to fail... Some women get off from anal stimulation... I suggest talking to her and getting her to show you what she likes...
