So what you're saying is that you're not bothered by the fact that your spouse is having an affair, you're thinking this is justification for you to have an affair with your neighbor's spouse? When you marry someone you vow not to forsake them for another....your spouse has violated this. I would be more concerned about that than thinking this is a way out for you to enjoy your neighbor.

These are two separate issues. First, it doesn't matter if you are attracted to this neighbor. Second, you need to sort out what is going on with your wife. Why is she having an affair? Do you care? Do you want to split up?
It almost sounds like you're thinking "Woohoo! Foursome!"

Use the extreme of both your wife/husband (whatever is the case for you) and your neighbour's wife/husband. You will get the utmost satisfaction. I guarantee.

Maybe you should discuss a open marriage plan with your wife and then if you really want, with the neighbor as well. Warning, you should never play in your own back yard. It can become bad.

If you are seriously concerned, it is going to cause disharmony in your marriage. YOU MUST TALK TO EACH OTHER & DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT.
If you are taking it (your spouse getting attracted towards your neighbour) as a justification for your attraction towards your neighbour, it is not worth any advise.

only go with your neighbours wife if it feels right talk to your wife about this what's her honest feeling about this and talk to your neighbours wife about this ask her what she thinks is happening and what are her feelings
