Hi, I am going through very much the same, but we were married 7 years. First month was hell. Probably mostly hormonal, as I had our 3rd baby 2 months before he walked out. I feel MUCH better now, just 6 weeks later! I feel better because I will not longer let him treat me like sh8t and further devalue me. It is hard, but YOU are worth so much more than you are getting from them! Try to love yourself. Try to find a shred of dignity left within you. If you think there is none left, pretend for now. As you love yourself and let them walk on you less, your personal dignity will begin rebuilding and one day, you will realize that love is supposed to be reciprocated. You deserve better. Take avantage of the global community, helped me. Good luck.

The beginning will be very difficult, but you have to trust that if he wants out, he's not worthy of you anymore. Be strong and know that better things are in store for you. People go through so much...husbands dying in Iraq, Katrina victims searching for a place to call home. You CAN get over this, as others have before you, and you will be stronger and someone will be there to love you powerfully. You won't be alone, though it seems hopeless right now. Good luck.

Life goes on and in most cases for the better if you just say your prayers to God to take away the pain & give you a better life in time. It's not going to be easy but it can be done, if you let things happen without trying to hold on to the past.

Focus on other people and helping them, and with that you will be able to get through and over this hard time. I'm sorry, I know it isn't easy. There is no quick cure. Just remember that it won't be like this forever. Best of luck.
