Marriage & Divorce - 23 August 2006

I was served divorce papers and want to proceed but unsure of what the next step is. It says I have 30 days to answer but not sure how to do that. We've already agreed on the separation agreement and been living separate for 1 year. I do not want to delay it any longer.

i have been married to my wife for 3 years now
about every 3 months we get into huge battles her always telling me i don care about her or her feeling even though i always ask her how her day went how the kids were
even when she is mad at me i wake get ready for work kiss her on the forehead tell her i love her and i am out the door leaving her sleeping
she is never happy and always blames me
she never asks aboput my day and when start to tell her she tells me "I don't care"
then if we argue in order for her to end the arguement she will yell i hate you and i don't think i love you i get toldd this about every 3 months
what the hell is she think help please

i have been married for over 2 years but i feel as if im heading for divorce. we no longer talk or even sleep together. he has started seperating his money from mine. he wont even do anything with our girls what should i do. should i try to make it fresh again or just give up on it. i love him with all my heart but i feel as if im alone.

I am 24 yrs old Indian girl. I feel sad, depressed and lonely! I was raped when i was 7 yrs old! I am unwanted child of my parents as they themselves told me, that they wanted to abort me but could not as my mom could have died, as it was cesarian section, and it was illegal to abort. They hate me and my dad used to beat me everyday and my mom used to support him, i was not allowed to socialise. My dad and mom sexually abused me and always forced me to suicide but i didnt.My boyfriend raped me with his friend in a car! I did my graduation and doing my M.B.A. Now. i am at present in Canada in Youth Exchange Programme. I really want love, and one guy from U.S.A. is coming to meet me this weekend. He wants to marry me, he knows my past, i met him on matrimonial site. he has a fiancee in India, but he wants to leave her and marry me, as he wants me to be happy!Should i marry him? I feel suicidal and cant talk about my past to anyone except on net! what if he dumps me? I LOVE God! plz help!

My fiance broke everything off after almost 5 years because of my drinking habits I slowed down alot, but I made a mistake about a week ago and had to much to drink again. I dont get violent or anything like that when I drink she doesnt like it, I have tried to call and appologize but she want take my calls she means the whole world to me. Any suggestions?

The apartment was given to me by my mother in the understanding that I would keep it and any children would inherit. My husband says it's the least I can do now to put him on the deed, since I am "forcing" him into the decision to have another child. He says he doesn't want to be the putz in the house, financing my dreams for a family. I've told him I'd put him on the deed but I've changed my mind. Nearly everyone I've talked to is shocked at his behavior. He berates and yells at me nearly every night--how selfish I am for doing this to him. I'm afraid to tell him I don't want him to be on the deed. I thought of offering an alternative--like he could save out some of his money for himself. Please help..Am I right in keeping him off the deed? How do I tell him I've changed my mind about putting him on?

to have fantasies ???? My hubby & I had an idea last night about pretending to be complete strangers for example like calling for a pizza to be deliver late & nigth and have start seducing the "delivery" guy & have fun!!! or any other just to pretend to be strangers & have like an affair but with your own hubby ... I have been married to my husband for 3 1/2 years. The majortity of our marriage has been really tough. He has constantly been selfish, mean, and inconsiderate of my feelings and needs. Throughout the years that we have been married I have continuously told him that I am unhappy and things needed to change. He would change for a week or so and then go back to being the husband that I couldn't stand. About 10 months ago I told him that I was going to file for a divorce. At that time he pleaded for me not to leave and said he would do whatever it took to make me happy. Since then he has significantly changed for the better however, I have found myself struggling to allow him back in emotionally. We have recently started going to counseling and I feel as though I am "talking myself back into the marriage". I am not sure if I feel this way because I am not in love with my husband anymore or if I am so hurt from the past. I don't want to make the wrong decision. Please help??

I am the primary in a family and we practice poligamy. We have a secondary wife now in our family and she's a great person but a few years younger than we are. Everything has been perfect up to this point but now she's told me that she's pregnant. My husband and I decided awhile ago that we weren't going to have any more children yet now I'll have to help raise this baby too. I know that accidents do happen but I feel as if he has set my feelings aside on this issue. I'm not sure what to do. my husband is a tight wad and junk collector, I am not allowed to have anything new he wants me to work cook clean and not have any thing. my father passed away 2 yrs ago and i had to take off work just before i went to go back to work (of course no income) we got wiped out by hurricane Ivan my kids are living in the home my father just bought before he died the lawyer took the rent and never paid the mortgage with it now it is in foreclosure! my husband wont co sign a refinance loan so I can get a kitchen ( havent had a sink in 2 yrs) and money down to purchase the home for the kids. Can I still possibly get the loan (our house as refinanced without hubby maybe i should divorce him for all the turmoil he has put me through his behavior is off the wall

I've been divorced for 6 years and have 4 daughters- 7, 11, 14, 17. I am primary caregiver and their father has them everyother weekend. He is $20,000 behind on child support and I have been struggling for years. This summer I decided to move to a larger city with more opportunity to build my real estate career. The city is 35 miles from small town I was is. My whole family lives there and they were very against me moving. They believe the big city is sinful and not a place to raise children and they want to take my kids from me. I live with my fiance so that is sinful as well and I'm a bad role model. My ex has totally brain washed my kids against me and convinced them to stay with him and go to school as usual instead of moving and changing schools which he thinks would be detrimental to their well being. At the moment my kids act like they hate me and don't want to be with me. I feel like everyone is against me and all I want to do is provide a better life for us and get ahead.

He is from Dallas, TX. His family does not believe in mixing Dark with light (skin). His sister married one of his cousins to preserve the bloodlines (light skin tone) His daughter attended Adelle Turner Elementary school years after I did. One of his sisters used to baby-sit my younger brother and me. His mother asked my mother when I was a young child to be a surrogate mother to one of their relatives who had married a darker woman, so his wife would not give him a dark child (my mother is a little lighter than Stead with straight hair) Finally He and his daughter's mother did not make it because she was too dark and his mother wasn't having it. That being said, what do you think?
