be in love. no better feeling. to love is why we are alive and by loving you will be supporting another person
wanting to be loved without loving back is just vanity and/or selfishness.

It depends on how good of a person he is. But let's say he's a good person, isn't cruel to you or anything, just isn't IN love with you (and vice versa for the other option about being loving)....
Okay, I'll be brutally honest--gut reaction that I can't ignore is that I'd rather BE loved, and I'll even admit that's a very selfish thing because I've had a lifetime of loving people not to have it returned. Not in a romantic sense, but not feeling loved is still not feeling loved.

There are always other options out there. If the person u love doesn't love you back, then its not right. If someone truly loves u, but u don't feel that way towards them, again, not right. You both deserve to be in a relationship that is mutual.

Between the two, I would rather be loved, but I don't believe that only these two options exist... I would be happier if we both were in love about equally, even if only "incompletely".

neither. I would rather be in love with someone who was in love with me. I don't feel you can be truly be happy if you are giving love and not recieving it or the opposite; someone loving you but you don't love them.

I'd marry neither. The joys of marriage comes when both love each other.

I would much rather be in love with someone who didn't love me. As long as you can limit his/her exposure to other people, keep them as isolated as possible, preferrably not working, it will last.

Neither! If it has to be one way or another, it will never work in the long run. Love has to be mutual.

Neither. I would rather be alone than to be faced with either option.
