Someone who would not respect my opinions and values. Somebody who nags.....just got rid of one of those.
Somebody who had to have a leash on me and try to control my comings and goings.
Somebody who had to control everything.
Somebody who thinks it is my job to clean after them, that is something that needs to be discussed.
Somebody who didn't like animals.
Somebody who would try to change me.

I would want a spouse that would spend quality time with you and be loyal to you. Someone who would do anything to make you happy. If I have the right to suggest if he/she does that for you, you better do the same for him/her. It is only generous. I would want someone that you could have a serious conversation with and still act funny with at the same time. Pick someone that has different qualities than you do. Do not pick a spouse with the same personality, you will usually fight. And remember, when you marry a spouse, you will fight. My parents fight all the time about stupid stuff, it is a people thing. One characteristic of MY spouse I have tolerated for 5 years and now that she has left me I will never EVER under ANY circumstance tolerate in another woman if my wife doesnt come back is Alcohol abuse.. I guess that isnt realy a characteristic but just the same.. I would go through the trouble of helping my wife since we have been together so long and I love her more than life but to get into a new relationship that is the one thing that would absolutely kill it for me.. my wifes problem has been the stem of most of our problems.. but thing is... she doesnt see it that way...

alcoholism, inherited depression, addition to computer porn, inconsideration, profuse swearing, selfishness, obesity, stupidity, lack of an education, lack of empathy, cruelty toward children and animals, crudeness, no hobbies that are the same as mine, addiction to professional sports, golf, ..... Is this enuff?????
When put this way, isn't it amazing that there are any happy relationships/marriages out there at all?
Just goes to show you what some people will put up with just to stay in a marriage or a relationship....

Abusive behaviors and rudeness. You know, the kind of people who don't care about what they say can hurt others and just say whatever's on their minds? He's got to care about others feelings.

porn addict,not paying any attention to me,going to bars all the time,friends that were girls that he talked to regularly,not doing his share in the house,being controlling over me,not agreeing with me on disciplining the kids those are a few things i would not tolerate ever.

cheating, lying, any kind of abuse, make fun of me, rudeness, getting trouble with the law, think its a women's job to do house chores and not able get a job, acholic, druggy, or controlling

u listed all what i was going to say, i can learn to live with pretty much anything and i have a great husband so i really dont have that problem but i gues sif he never showed emotion would be something hard to deal with...
